A little over 20 years ago, when I lived in Memphis, Mark helped me in ways that I can only truly appreciate the gravity of in hindsight. To say I had no clear direction and was making poor choices is an understatement. I never felt judged by Mark, and even at that time, I sensed he genuinely wanted to help me. He certainly was not doing it for a pay day, as I was broke as a joke. When I look back at the many people I have met in my life, Mark has always stood out to me as someone whom I admire and have a great deal of gratitude for. Without him, my life certainly could have taken a much different trajectory. At that time, I needed some extra chances, which he found. November 2020 I had a slip and fall, I spoke to a family member, believing that this could have been preventable, he referred me to The Wharton Law Firm, I have never been in this situation before so I contacted the firm. All this happened during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, I received a phone call advising that the attorney wanted to conduct a zoom consultation, during the consultation I advise him of what had taken place on that day, I was then advised that the firm would except my case, I was grateful. Not knowing what to expect, I went to all my doctor visits, obtain any evidence that I could, Andrew kept me up dated on every aspect of the case, if he emailed and stated they needed anything such as medical records, medical bills ect. I was able to obtain them. anytime they call, emailed the first thing they ask was how was I feeling. I woud receive some emails asking certain questions about that day, to clear up a few unanswered questions. As time went on I was still continuing treatment, I would advise them of every appointment I had, what day, who I was seeing, afterwards I would email Andrew advise him of my visit, what will happen next, I just kept him up to date on everything that was going on. Once we got to the near end I was advised of the starting offer, he advise me on each and every one through the end, he consulted with me about what to expect and how this negotiaton would take place, after mutipile offers and at that time which I agreed to settle. I have talked about this firm to my family and would highly recommend The wharton Law Firm, because I was completely satisfied. I am so grateful to The Wharton Law firm, and they were so concerning, polite, helpful, reliable, honest and most of all very professional, If I had to use a firm in the future it will be The Wharton Law Firm

There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

So since early September I was trying to get my VA case appealed, I left a dozen messages over the course of a few months with the assistant but they would never return my call, I literally spoke to him once and he said if I could get a doctor to send a letter that they would appeal my case for me, but they would never return my calls so we could move forward.
