We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills. My wife and I presented the situation to a handful of lawyers and experts to see what options we would have. Most of the other lawyers just wanted to get a deal done but Daniel took the time to sit with us, understand the full impact of the damage, send out an appraiser on his own dime, and eventually told us some options we had.
Daniel is extremely well versed on Florida law and explained the entire process from end to end. No sugar coating. From what could have been a very unpleasant and lengthy process, Daniel and his team ensured a pleasant and smooth process which eventually ended in awarding us a settlement check to cover the full extent of the damages.
