I hired Richard almost two years ago for a work comp case. I was severely injured and being harassed and lied to by work comp. I decided to hire a lawyer and I called an attorney I knew and used before. She gave me Richard’s information and I gave him a call. Richard and I talked and I decided to hire him and his team. Richard is straight to the point and took immediate action. The entire time we were dealing with my case he never made promises or ignored my calls and requests. Richard and his team were on top of things and fought for me the entire case. They also explained things and how things were going to work. Any question I had was answered right away and they never put me on the back burner. I recommend Richard and his team if you have an injury case. They are professional, take action right away and keep you informed by email as well as phone calls. I want to thank Richard and his team again I’m happy with the outcome as well as the service.

I don't typically leave reviews. However, the team at Traffic Law Counselors have been extremely helpful in regard to handling a speeding ticket. While I have not gotten to the end result yet, they were quick to respond, very professional, and even price matched the attorney fee in my case! Onder law is taking care and representing me and my family for my dad's mesothelioma case (who passed away in March of 2023). We are from Texas. While visiting KC my husband received a speeding ticket and missed the deadline to plead or pay. Called Mr Kane’s office and he had it dismissed in less than 24hours without my husband having to make a trip for court. Price was very reasonable as well! 10/10 highly recommended!

I worked with Jared Howell of Hamilton Weber to reach a settlement for a personal injury claim. Throughout the process of it all Jared always kept me up to date with everything involved. Ken was assigned to my case as the GAL. Our first face to face meeting on or around July 12th 2020. Ken showed up empty handed. Not a pen computer or notebook. He was there to tell me the out come of his investigation that he hadn’t even properly completed or even spoke with me. He came in sit down and as I gave him my info regarding the case, I leant him a pen and paper to write notes down. I told him I was looking forward to getting my witnesses interviewed. Then he said “this has already been “corroborated”. I told him that seemed a little premature considering the only people that he had spoken with that time were the accusing party. They have a fiduciary duty to objectively go into each case. Since we had never met or spoken beyond scheduling, I was surprised he was telling me his mind was made up and this could be bad or worse.
He made deals if I would take xyz class then I could get overnights. I’d take the class he would say yeah well sorry no change.
Ken should never have control over kids and I would not consider him for any job. He lacked integrity, honesty, double billed me, didn’t conduct all interviews, but worst of all was not objective in working with my case. Never reunited with my oldest son and took 1093 days for the other 2.
In my opinion, please do not trust this person in any legal capacity in your case.

If you are in an accident, give Jared a call right away. We called him the day after our accident and he handled all further communication with the insurance companies. So discussed and disappointed with your ruling yesterday where you let a horrid man, who shows no remorse for killing a child, off with just a fine. You were openly rude to the child’s family as if they deserved to be rear ended and have their child taken from them. St. Joseph does NOT need judges like you and we Will remember this at voting time and will do all we can to campaign against you.

Tim McDuffey won my accident case for 1 Million, Thank God my mother in law found him, he is truly an honorable Attorney, and it shows thru his work, he made sure all my bills were paid, so I did not have to deal with creditors, he would always listen to my concerns and worries with a gentle heart, he truly takes his cases to heart, not only was he my accident attorney, but my disability advocate, and to this day 5 years later, he still listens to my concern about disabilities, and advices me on what action to take,Tim you’re an amazing Attorney, a loyal friend to talk to, and I think of Tim as a God sent Angel in my life, thanks for your advice 5 years later even though he is not getting paid,he is always there with open ears to rely on, and nowadays you can't rely on much, but I have had the experience with Tim and Michelle, both of them are truly amazing together as a team.

I thought about handling my workers' compensation case on my own. The insurance company offered me $12,000 to settle my case. i was thinking about taking it. I knew Tim from school. The visit was free so i went in to talk to him. Tim pointed out some things about my case that i was not even aware of. I hired Tim and he got my case settled for $60,000. We finally settled after almost six years of weasely twists and turns and bogus "slap" lawsuits, and I'm in very satisfied with the results.
