I spoke with him about laws pertaining to workman comp. and my rights on getting 2nd opinions. Whether a job can place me on comp. due to Dr. Restrictions after still doing the same job for 9 months. Craig and his team are amazing! We reached out to Craig after someone ran a stop sign, hitting our vehicle. Long story short, he denied being in an accident to his insurance company, so they denied our claim even though we had photographs of the person's insurance card and damage of our vehicle. We tried on our own to get the insurance company to cooperate and accept the claim, but they wouldn't budge. As soon as Craig stepped in to assist, it was like night and day. The claim was reviewed again by someone else and accepted. Craig worked so hard for us and got a better outcome than we could have ever expected. He and his team are very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain things and the process of how a potential lawsuit would go. We would have gotten nothing had it not been for Craig. My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. I ran the car off the road so I wouldn't hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. When my agent told me I was not covered for a rental car and would have to pay almost $1000 for the car rental I couldn't believe it. I called Bulman Law for help. Thomas Bulman asked me to bring the policy down to his office so he could read it. He read it, called the insurance company and pointed out the coverage was paid for and that he would file a complaint with the Montana State Insurance Commissioner if they didn't immediately give me my rental car. I had my rental car by the end of the day. There was no charge for his consultation and help. Thanks so much!

I called Bulman Law. I was connected to Thomas Bulman about my legal question. I gave some info of why I was calling. He immediately became annoyed saying it wasn't worth pursing; it did not pay out enough. Instead of saying he wasn't interested and ending the call, he proceeded to insult, demean and personally attack me making inappropriate and unprofessional comments. I complained to his partners. One apologized but Bulman sent a email response proving he's unprofessional. Call log of my call to him at his office "disappeared" but I have the call record on my phone.

I needed to get advice on doing an affidavit for an informal probate. I was charged $500 which I thought was a decent price. When I took the paper with me to show a different state that I had the authority of personal representation for this will I was told that court wouldn’t accept it unless signed by a court in Montana. When I got he from the court ordeal in the conflicting state I called the office to verify if I was supposed to take the paper they had drawn up for me to the courthouse. I really received no help or substantial advice. I then went to the court house and paid them a little over $100 to accomplish the same thing. I didn’t need what this law office did for me at all. To top things off I received a bill from them for a bit under $70 to call and poss the question about getting the paper they had drawn up taken to the court. Very disgusted with this office. The whole reason was to show the conflicting state I was authorized by a will to take care of the estate. I have to travel back across the country again. The whole thing has cost me into the thousands. And I still owe them for posing a question..../

I had a car accident with several semi trucks during harsh winter conditions which almost cost me my life. I have suffered a TBI and still have problems after the accident because of it.

My wife and I had a horrible landlord (damaging our cars, looking in our windows, etc.), and hired Mr. Friones to handle the case. Instead of dealing with it like he should have, we got evicted. At the eviction hearing Mr. Friones did not put on any of the witnesses nor most of the evidence we gave him against our landlord. We got evicted, and Mr. Friones quit. In a second hearing on damages, we (representing ourselves) ACTUALLY WON THE CASE!! We got awarded thousands of dollars from the landlord! Then, Mr. Friones SUED US for the money WE won from the landlord!!! He wanted to charge us over $7,000 for two letters and a day in court! We strongly suspect he was actually working with/for the landlord the whole time. If you are looking to lose an easily winnable case, get sued after losing, and be homeless for a week, Mr. Friones is for you!

He did not interview witnesses; he did not keep us informed; he missed court deadlines and court hearings. This was a very serious personal injury and he messed it up; and it has been very, very difficult to remedy. It has been devastating for us. We spoke to another person who had hired him for a very serious injury, and he messed that case up, as well. He has been before the Commission on Practice twice that I know of, but he is still practicing law. Maybe I can save an unknowing seriously-injured person from going through what we did. He may be okay with other areas of practice, but not for personal injury cases.
