Erick Severino is amazing! I initially went with a different attorney who took my money and never ended up filing my case. I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. I feel like I am doing a review on a FAMILY member. My sister met him at her job and he gave her his information. She ended up calling him for a car accident she had. When I i had my accident years later she told me not to call anybody until she called me back with his information. She told me not to worry and that he will treat you as though your family and she was right. Even down to using emojis on messages. He even talked to me about my dogs. David made this chapter of my already hetic life as seamless as he could. I was completely helpless because my car was totaled. He helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to survive this tragic event. He took care of both my 14 year old daughter and myself. I am so happy I could cry because this review comes from the bottom of my heart. David is our family attorney and I have already referred him to one of my co-workers as such. David we love you. You are incredible not to mention very talented.

My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

I hired McKay back in 2012 for an auto accident that totaled my car. The lady was 16 & she had no license. McKay took charge of everything and my car was reimbursed to me for cash value. He also had a settlement for all of my pain and suffering and medical bills. He also wrote a Cease & Desist letter to a company who was subrogating me. (Fraudulently)
Fast fwd: I was involved in a hit and run 2 days ago. I have the man's license plate and the LV Detectives are looking for this person. He had no insurance and no license. I'm hiring McKay for my pain and suffering and also to have my cars back bumper removed and fixed. Also, I need to reimburse the insurance for my emergency room visit for testing and constant pain after this man hit me.
I definitely recommend Mr. Whitney. He settles things quickly and very professionally. Definitely recommend him for any motor vehicle accident or personal injury matters!!!

After receiving an e-mail response, Ryan and I spoke over the phone discussing aspects of my concerns with a previously signed Non-disclosure Agreement.
