Dorian is truly a earth angel..She took out her time to give me information and resources to help my son with his appeal with disability..I never felt rushed and she took her time to answer questions and even talked about the history of the firm and it was definitely a WOW factor that gave me clarity of the care and compassion and help with getting my son to a doctor that I would have never known that there was even help out there like there is even after months on the phone calling everywhere possible to try and get help with medical because he was denied Medicaid and the most amazing 😍 part is my son is type 1 diabetic and when I asked her if she had experience with type 1 diabetes she said YES...I am beyond blessed beyond words I reached out to this firm.. I highly recommend this place it's more than just finding a lawyer it's the care compassion and understanding and going above and beyond to get you the information you need 💗 thank you 💕 beyond words to Dorian and everyone at this firm..

If you only have a small amount of time to read this review, just know that Eric Sventek and his services are incredible and worth every penny!!!!!!!!
He truly fights for you and is extremely knowledgeable about how you need to best prepare your case to win. The Paralegal and Legal Assistant, Dorian, (who reviews and works the files so that they are ready for a hearing) is also a saint and has always responded in a timely manner.
By listening and working with them, I was able to win my rather complex case that I had been denied twice before by Social Security. I was awarded BOTH Social Security Disability AND SSI!
It is without a doubt that I owe them for this otherwise impossible victory.
I will be thanking them literally for the rest of my life.
But as for the full story of my very difficult case where it felt like the UNIVERSE ITSELF wanted this case to fail…
Initially, I applied for Social Security Disability on my own and waited around 8 Months before SSA actually assigned someone to START looking at my case (which, by the way, only happened after I had my Florida Representative contact SSA on my behalf).
The individual that SSA first assigned me was rude, abrasive, and literally hung up on me multiple times, so it wasn’t a surprise when I was denied even though I had multiple doctors who had written letters stating that I was permanently disabled and incapable of self-support.
Thus started the search for an attorney.
Initially, my Social Security Disability case was taken on by one of those large seemingly effective attorney firms whose billboard ads are all around town, but they didn’t return my calls or contact me after weeks (likely due to my rare illness making the case too complex on second glance).
I was then recommended to contact Eric P. Sventek at the Thomas Ueberschaer PA by a friend who had great success with them before.
Eric contacted us back within a few days and, after looking over my extensive medical files, was certain he could win my case even with how difficult it would be. I was really relieved since I’d heard from others that most attorneys wouldn’t touch my case due to my complex illness, young age, education level, and the fact that I hadn’t filed until many years after first becoming disabled in the army.
With every visit and conversation, it was clear that Eric and Dorian had remarkable preparation and reviewing skills, shocking me multiple times by how well they knew my medical records and the SSA system itself. They both kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind amidst this struggle.
But Eric also proved to be extremely adaptable in the face of unavoidable complications.
In my case, my SSA hearing was rescheduled TWICE. The 1st Time due to the judge needing to add more medical experts to the hearing and the 2nd Time due to one of the individuals in the hearing having a medical emergency.
There were also a few other speed bumps that really made me wonder if this truly wasn’t meant to be and if I was just wasting everyone’s time. I even told Eric multiple times that, win or lose, I was beyond thankful for the insane amount of work he had already done for me.
However, Eric remained committed and never once lost his unwavering support.
Then the day of the hearing finally arrived… and Eric was absolutely brilliant! He had an exceptional strategy, was succinct, persuasive, and dealt with all doubts against me in a masterful way!
(Which was doubly a relief for me since I have severe anxiety. If I hadn’t had his support, I probably wouldn’t have been able to say a single coherent word in my defense.)
As a result, because of him, I finally won BOTH Social Security Disability AND SSI!
It would have been impossible if not for Eric Sventek and his team.
Again, thank you so much to Eric and Dorian. Their empathy and extreme amount of hard work has changed the lives of my family and I.
I would recommend them to everyone who needs actual support and have been wrongfully denied so many times like I was!

I was with a previous firm before going to Michels and Booth! Adrian is an honest attorney! If I had any questions, and he did not have an answer, he would let me know find out the answer and contact me back! My case was a difficult case due to the previous attorney office's negligence! That attorney would stall, and drug my case out and extra6 months to a year in which it did not need to be! Adrian was very professional and reliable! My fiancé does not like attorneys and says they are all out for money! He really dislikes attorneys, however, once my case was settled, Adrian Bridges and Michels and Booth really showed us what their firm is about! This firm is wonderful and honorable! The aftermath of an injury can be as much of a nightmare as the injury itself, and sometimes help is needed to try and heal that injury. My husband and I needed some legal help, counseling, advice, and direction. We were hoping to sit down with someone who would listen to the situation that we have found ourselves in and then provide for the above-mentioned needs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Several times in conversation, he made comments regarding our intelligence, or lack thereof, cut us off while we were speaking, had zero interest in listening to our concerns about said situation, and was subsequently of no help. He spoke horribly about his secretary and was rude to her. He made an easy two hundred and fifty dollars off of us, and we left frustrated and with no guidance at all. If you are also in need of the same kind of help as we were, look somewhere else or seek counseling with his daughter, Angela Guttman, and don't waste your time or money.

I highly recommend John Rogers. John was 100% honest and upfront about what to expect in my case. He had a great game plan that ended up with me winning my case. When I asked around town what lawyer I should use to sue the PPD, the only answer I heard back was Alistair McKenzie and boy am I glad I listened. From the initial phone call until months after the mediation (where we settled out of court) Alistair and his team were fantastic! Michelle was especially helpful answering any and ALL questions I had about the case. Every email and call were responded to promptly with great efficiency. When I met Alistair at our initial consultation he told me what an injury like mine would usually pay out if it was settled out of court. And he hit that number right on the nose when it came down to settling. He fought diligently to get a number we both thought was fair and he achieved that goal. The state didn’t even want to go to court because of how well Allistar stood up for my civil rights (and many more before me) against these officers that unprovoked, pulled me from my car breaking my arm, dislocating my shoulder and severely tearing my rotator cuff. Alistair is not afraid to fight for his clients rights and with times the way they are he is the man for the job. Because of Alistair and his team I now own a home, am debt free and have a good amount in savings. I would 1000% recommend him and I thank him again for all his hard work.

I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

This company is handling the closing on the sale of our house and the communication has been the worst ever. We have signed 3 extensions to the contract to date and are now being told although our contract ends tomorrow they will close the day after tomorrow. No call, no notice and this is costing us an additional $2000 in insurance expense due to.the closing not occurring by the contract . I would not recommend this company . Their communication has been non existent. Had we not called today when our paperwork did not arrive as promised we would have not been they have pushed a closing PAST our contract date. This is wrong and will cost us $2000 tomorrow because they cannot follow through per the contract and have not been courteous to even inform us. .

I don’t write many reviews, but when I do, I have reason to. I’ll first start by saying I’ve never met a lawyer so honestly forthcoming with information. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you! I’m sure there’s more to the story. He is the only attorney I’ll ever hire, though I’m hoping I won’t need his remarkable services a 5th time. Only in it to take advantage of people regardless thier innocents. Told me the Judicial system just cares about processes and not justice. I am a Veteran on VA and Social Security Disability. He took all the money I had. I gave it to him up front and all he did was drag out the case for 8 months then sold me out for a plea deal because he thought I was not serious when I told him I only had the money I paid him in full up front. I had to get that $5500 from a Charity for Veterans that belived in my innocents. I still have to pay court costs which put money into funding victims of things I was not even charged with or convicted of being guilty. He can't defend your Constitutional rights. He can't defend your Declaration of Independence rights because the USA Government never made it a Lawful document. USA Independence, and individual sovereignty is a pipe dream lie which he profits from.
