I met Matthew Kikta at Julian Grey Associates in 2016 when he put together an Asset Protection Trust and associated documents (POA, Last Will & Testament, etc.) for my elderly parents. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional. When my parents passed in 2022, he helped me by submitting the Inheritance Tax return to the state. Matthew always responded quickly to any emails I sent to him (questions I had regarding how to handle things after my parents passed). I strongly recommend Matthew to handle any needs associated with Elder Law.

The local township filed legal documents to secure a large portion of our families property through eminent domain for a sewage plant. Nicole did an excellent job in handling my assessment appeal. I found out they were raising my assessment late and only had a few days left to file. I hired her immediately and she filed everything quickly and kept me informed of the whole process. I contacted Attorney Gregory Unatin a few weeks ago at the suggestion of another local attorney. Our question was regarding the issue of a medical/prescription error for a relative.

I am so happy with my settlement that Tom and Hal got for me. After our accident, I had no idea where to go for help. I hired Atty. Gordon to help me re-negotiate my divorce case. I came to him with an existing divorce agreement that was settled without representation.
