After consulting with Mark Krudys, we hired him to represent my son in a medical malpractice suit. He took on his case when I had almost given up hope on anyone taking it. I was permenantly disabled during routine knee surgery at a VA hospital. With my sisters help we contacted a local law firm and met Jonathan. I was truelly blessed many years ago to have acquired Mr. Petty as my attorney. Jonathan defies in my book the general consensus of lawyers today. A few years ago, I needed legal help and was reffered to Mr. Allen by a friend. I couldn't be more grateful. He is a professional who not only cares about your legal matters, but also your well being.
Down to earth and friendly, Robert prefers to be on a first name basis with his clients. He helped me with a very personal, and rare harassment case against a previous restuarant employer. In such a messy situation, Mr. Allen went the extra mile to protect myself, my reputation and also make me feel comfortable. Not only did he do his research, he even helped me take it up a notch and file a federal complaint. Robert, worked very hard to make sure our demands were met with no excuses. He was always timely with responses and willing to work around my schedule for meetings and phone calls. The attorney on my case was not customer oriented and i am not sure if the Medicare review was processed accurately to my benefit with Anthem as it relates to my proceeds from my case along with Negotiating with the other Insurance company could have been handled much better . I feel services could have been handled much better. If i did not call to inquire about my case, the process probably would have taken longer. I am not even sure if i met the attorney but once, The service you advertise on TV does not mirror the service i received. The two ladies who helped were friendly but probably was acting off of what The Attorney directed them to do.

Everything below is based on my personal experience, information, and belief:
Never sign a settlement agreement with this attorney or allow your attorney to sign one on your behalf. He and his client never followed their own agreement, based on information and belief. It was a family dispute and the attorney knew it. His client made false allegations in a civil complaint and he knew it, based on information and belief, because he even threatened to have the court case sealed if we went through with the civil suit (rather than settle). There's another word for that, I believe... and it's likely accurate. He shouldn't be allowed to practice law if he can't honor a simple agreement.
