This review is long overdue. I was very overwhelmed with the case and wanted to shut it out completely afterwards. After having consultations with a few different attorneys, one who was very demeaning and one who wanted to take advantage of the situation monetarily, I was feeling distressed. I remember the evening that I called Tim. It was after business hours but he picked up my call and truly listened. Hunter Rawls and his team prepared a comprehensive Trust package for my wife and I. This process took several months to complete. Hunter was not only thorough with his explanation of terms and the way Trusts work vs. wills, but he was also very patient with our laundry lists of questions (and sometimes repetitive questions) over multiple phone calls. I hired Mr Yanchuck late December 2016 a personal injury case.
I immediately felt comfortable and secure.
A brilliant, charismatic, compassionate, funny man. He has experience in criminal, personal injury, medical malpractice.
I felt I was his only client. I was amazed of his ability to handle as many clients he actually had.
His staff has excellent communication skills, I was always able to speak with Joel if he was in the office, if not a paralegal knowledgeable regarding my case.

I was involved in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair, unable to work and worried how I was going to deal with everything that was happening. A friend recommended Mrs. Kravitz and said she would handle my case and help me figure out the myriad of worries I had.
I met Jovita and was immediately impressed with her professionalism. Equally important to me I was simply impressed with her as a person. I suppose any attorney is capable of doing the legal side; I was worried about being treated as another number by an attorney. With Jovita that was nor ever has been the case. She was empathetic as well as knowledgeable which personally was important to me.
My case settled in what I felt was a timely fashion all things considered. Additionally, I was happy with the settlement Jovita was able to obtain for me. Further, even though I'm no longer her client she took the time to follow up and ask how I was doing after recovering from my injuries. That gesture was greatly appreciated.
I hope I never again need the services of an attorney but if I do I would hire Jovita again without hesitation.

Jovita Kravitz handled our case with personal care and attention. When my husband was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle, not only did we have to deal with and worry about his recovery and the intensity of his injuries but to top it all off the driver of the car was irate, unreasonable and just downright rude. Jovita was professional, prompt and courteous. But beyond that she was sensitive to the emotional turmoil my husband and I were both in and handle her case with care as well as speed. Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

There’s a reason he’s got so many reviews and all five stars, now I’d give 10, but not an option. This is about a decade late but I ran across an old email and figured I’d check in/leave my thoughts. I’ve never had an attorney be so friendly /understanding and work so damn hard (I’ve worked w many). Hes a unique breed and having worked for law firms In the area, gotten to know many local esq’s etc (as a legal assistant), id choose him any day. He followed up with me long after I felt “things” were more than fine, and every call meant so much. Last time I saw him I believe was in TPA Int..comes up, “thought that was you, how are things, any changes etc”. Trust me, you found the right guy here!! Won’t ever forget ya bud!
Btw- office looks nice! I was there for the early days :) moved away but will be in the Bay on NYE. Your Number plugged in to phone JUST in case :) jk jk. Cheers !

After some research and reading all of the positive reviews on Donnie, I contacted him to represent me.
