Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. Well, I fixed my credit and got rid off my debts with the help of PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST whom a trusted friend recommended and he did a perfect job increasing my credit score to (801 TransUnion, 805 Experian, 807 Equifax) all credit card debts are marked as paid, public record, bankruptcy and hard inquiries are all gone. Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.
I would 100% use Scott Epperson again and would highly recommend using him!

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. It felt like he truly had my interests at heart and instead of acting like an attorney hired to represent me - he was resolutely on my side.
I hope I never have the occasion to need a malpractice attorney in the future but, heaven forbid, if so, the prospect is much less ominous now because I know Attorneys like Scott Epperson and his firm are there to help me through it.

Eric was brought into my case after it had been with another firm for over a year. I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I started an account here to help with an incorrect account that was posted to my credit belonging to somebody else. It’s been 3 months working with Lexington with no results. The account was only removed because I called the original creditor myself and they couldn’t locate or verify the account. I spent over a month trying to cancel my account and was sent in circles. I asked for an itemized receipt of services performed for the month of January which they could not provide however they’re still charging me for an additional month. Not worth the money at all. So much easier for you to work with the creditors yourself.

I strongly advise against hiring Emily Smoak as legal counsel. My experience was nothing short of a disaster. Throughout the case, Ms. Smoak relied on unfounded accusations rather than solid legal arguments, demonstrating a complete lack of preparation for the hearing.
During the proceedings, when the commissioner instructed her to draft the judgment on-site and obtain signatures before leaving the courthouse, she admitted that she didn’t have her laptop and requested to complete it later. The commissioner was visibly displeased but allowed it. A week later, when the order was finally drafted, it was riddled with errors. Despite multiple requests for updates and corrections, Ms. Smoak’s office failed to provide any response, and the incorrect order was ultimately filed.
After reading other reviews, it appears that this level of negligence is standard practice for this firm. If you are looking for an attorney who is prepared, responsive, and capable of handling your case properly, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money on representation that lacks both competence and accountability.

Took two months of waiting and hounding the attorney I was engaged with to actually get back some legal templates. When I did receive them, they contained the wrong information. Just got the bill...$900 for absolutely nothing in return that was useful and maybe a 30 minute consult before actually signing any engagement letter. I would not recommend these guys for any services.

Thought he was a good lawyer, went through depositions in a personal injury case. Ryan and Christian Burridge abandoned me after that, never heard from them again, until mr. Burridge notified me he was withdrawing from my case leaving Ryan as my council. I tried to call him with the number provided, facebook, every means I could think of. I finally gave up, but I would suggest you seriously reconsider if your thinking of hiring him. You would never know if he abandoned you too. I would have been ok if he a least told me he needed to drop the case, but nothing, really. Not professional.

I had some criminal charges that were affecting my license with DOPL. Confused during the majority of my case. Did not understand what was going on. Probably because there were numerous different people with their hands in the basket I never knew who was working my case. Thought everything was good and done in 2023, but come to find out Cassie and her team dropped the ball and my custody case was never filed with the courts. A year later my case was about to be thrown out. Then to top it off, After making payment arrangements with me for her outrageously high prices, she dropped out of my case! I now have no legal counsel for a court date she caused by not filing my case and she also went back on her agreement on allowing me to pay a certain amount per month until I got on my feet. Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. Thanks Cassie! (sarcasm) Would highly NOT recommend this firm and after reading other reviews, charging a ridiculous amount and then dumping you is what she seems to do.
