I called The Law Offices of Marynell Maloney about a medical malpractice case on behalf of my husband. After the initial consultation, we were told Attorney Michelle Maloney would like to meet with us. When my husband and I met with her she was very straight forward and honest as to what we should expect if she agreed to represent my husband. Once she reviewed the evidence she agreed to take the case. There are several things that I admire about Michelle. One being she is a very compassionate and humble person, and very easy to talk to. She is also a very good listener which is a very important asset to look for in a great attorney. Due to Tort Reform I would assume most attorneys would not want to deal with these types of cases, but that does not stop Michelle from fighting for her clients' rights.

When first we were looking for help with our problem most lawyers we spoke to were unhelpful given the nature of the case Michelle however dug deep and came up with a possible solution and called us back to setup a face to face meeting. As the process continued she not only took diligent notes but she also provided great emotional support. She is professional while at the same time was empathetic to us. A little more than three years ago, a medical team made mistakes during and after a routine procedure that nearly resulted in my death. I spent a month and a half in intensive care and had to take five months off from work to recuperate. The suffering was unimaginable, and I still have significant pain. No matter how blatant the doctors' failings were, the first malpractice attorneys I consulted didn't think my case was strong enough to pursue. In Tyler, I found a champion for my cause. From the start, he engaged my family in a transparent, ethical, and kind manner. It was always easy to get in touch with him on the phone or through email. He discovered a creative approach to my case that he thought might bring us success, despite the clear challenges we were facing. During it all, he not only kept us informed, he invited us to participate in the process as much as we wanted to, and he showed profound respect and appreciation for our contributions. Blaine Holbrook was recommended to give an annual lecture to our surgery residents on contracts and legal issues a young surgeon should consider when starting out in practice. He has done so for the past 4 years and performed extermely well. The residents have uniformly given his lectures the highest possible rating. There is always good discussions and he answers their questions concisely and thoughtfully. His appearance and demeanor are very professional and he seems very honest.
Although I have never personally used him for any legal work, I would not hesitate to if needed, especially for medical malpractice defense or contract issues.

Slip and fell in a pretty known grocery store in San Antonio. Didn't think I had a case at all considering the fact that I fell in a store. I thought it was what it was. I had a pretty bad injury from the fall and some one recommended I get legal help. I found Victor on Facebook and reached out to them. I have personally used this attorney for about eight years. He does an excellent job of working up a file, and his reports are always on time. He has tried two cases for me in the Bexar County, Texas Courthouse, and has rendered defense verdicts in both cases. I find him to be very organized, and he always keeps up with the latest cases that are published from the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeals. Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!
