Malcolm handled my personal injury case from an automobile accident several years ago (2010). My wife suffered a serious injury at work due to a reckless, immature, practical joker co-worker. I was familiar with Munley Law because their presence in NEPA is everywhere. So is their great reputation! I contacted them, thinking our situation was too small for such a large, prestigious law firm. They took our case immediately. Her workmens comp was denied. We were initially assisted by a fantastic paralegal named Sherry Jenkins. Then Caroline filed an appeal legally and assisted us through the legal maneuvering. Caroline's presence & legal expertise came to light through 2 hearings. And then she negotiated with the workmens comp insurance attorney to secure us a very fair settlement agreement. About 5 months ago, I had injured my back after lifting a heavy box at work. My employer refused to submit my claim even though the doctor had said the injury was caused by the action. My 17 year old daughter got a rather large burn on her head from getting her hair highlighted at a local salon. I feel compelled to write this review of Attorney Olszewski because during his handling of my case, I came to realize that he is intelligent, knowledgeable of the law, excellent in a courtroom setting and most importantly, compassionate and understanding.
My case, unfortunately, was criminal in nature and I found it reassuring that Attorney Olszewski not only didn't judge me, he cared about me. He utilized his vast and accurate knowledge to not only fight for my rights but secure a favorable outcome within the confines of the law. After an untimely death occurred in my family I needed to find an attorney who would be willing to take
on the responsibility of finding out what had happened to my brother. After interviewing with other attorneys I new immediately when I sat down with Peter Paul Olszewski he was the right person for the job. Pete was very welcoming, comforting, and focused right from the start. Pete brought to the table a life committed to legal excellence. Having been a District Attorney and County Judge his credentials were impeccable.
Through the process of finding out what had happened in my brothers death Attorney Olszewski was determined and focused unlike any other individual I have ever worked with. Pete left no stone unturned in the search for the truth. If not for his tireless determination and positive attitude I would have never found out what had happened the night my brother passed away. Indoor venues closed by covid, but a very pretty setting for a long walk during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated trees and pathways, squirrels and birds feasting on seeds and fruits hung from branches, and a great fountain show set to holiday music. The Cafe tents have internet ordering and table service. Limited menu, but enjoyed the hot mushroom soup on a cold afternoon.

He is a lair and does even try to help. He stated ro my husband, who at the time was incarcerated, that I wasn't in the courtroom, but I was there the whole time. Then he asked if my husband would take drug court.. he did no back history because if he did, he would've known he is a state inmate, and therefore, he was not eligible for drug court. He then got a continuance for what he said the next week. When, in was another month out. If you value your time and freedom, you're better off defending yourself than to go with this guy.

Going back a number of years ago my wife and I consulted with Marjorie about possibly filing a bankruptcy. At the consultation Marjorie happily Accepted a check for A retainer of over a $1000 from us. The only reason we had that money was from a tax return. Shortly after we decided not to go through with the bankruptcy and asked for the refund. Let me add, There were no papers filled out and no paperwork filed for a bankruptcy. No work on her part was rendered at any time. Her assistant acted as if she knew nothing about it so I provided them with a copy of the cashed check. I followed up with the assistant/secretary many times leaving voicemail messages and talking to them directly over the phone. I was always given the run around that they had to discuss it with Marjorie. They literally had a copy of the cash check that they cashed. What more would they possibly need to prove they owed it to us. After over a year of getting the run around and being ignored we finally gave up. She took the money, Never provided any services for it And refused to acknowledge us. She is a piece of garbage in my eyes and not worth the space she takes up or the money she steals. Literally taking Over a $1000 from someone who is SO down and out that they are considering bankruptcy. What a despicable human being. After looking through the reviews it appears that we were not the only victims.

I hired him to handle a personal injury case and he did nothing for about 4 years and didn't fight for me with the case at all. I just let it go because I wanted to move on with my life, but that injury was permanent and he could have won easily with the witness I had and even the police were on my side. I learned the hard way do not just hire someone because they are in proximity to the courthouse.
