Malcolm handled my personal injury case from an automobile accident several years ago (2010). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well versed in the law regarding the particulars of my case. My wife suffered a serious injury at work due to a reckless, immature, practical joker co-worker. I was familiar with Munley Law because their presence in NEPA is everywhere. So is their great reputation! I contacted them, thinking our situation was too small for such a large, prestigious law firm. They took our case immediately. Her workmens comp was denied. We were initially assisted by a fantastic paralegal named Sherry Jenkins. Then Caroline filed an appeal legally and assisted us through the legal maneuvering. Caroline's presence & legal expertise came to light through 2 hearings. And then she negotiated with the workmens comp insurance attorney to secure us a very fair settlement agreement. About 5 months ago, I had injured my back after lifting a heavy box at work. My employer refused to submit my claim even though the doctor had said the injury was caused by the action. My 17 year old daughter got a rather large burn on her head from getting her hair highlighted at a local salon. Kelly was very specific on what we needed to do and she didnt do anything without consulting us first. I feel compelled to write this review of Attorney Olszewski because during his handling of my case, I came to realize that he is intelligent, knowledgeable of the law, excellent in a courtroom setting and most importantly, compassionate and understanding.
My case, unfortunately, was criminal in nature and I found it reassuring that Attorney Olszewski not only didn't judge me, he cared about me. He utilized his vast and accurate knowledge to not only fight for my rights but secure a favorable outcome within the confines of the law. After an untimely death occurred in my family I needed to find an attorney who would be willing to take

Through the process of finding out what had happened in my brothers death Attorney Olszewski was determined and focused unlike any other individual I have ever worked with. Indoor venues closed by covid, but a very pretty setting for a long walk during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated trees and pathways, squirrels and birds feasting on seeds and fruits hung from branches, and a great fountain show set to holiday music. The Cafe tents have internet ordering and table service. Limited menu, but enjoyed the hot mushroom soup on a cold afternoon.

The way that someone from this office just spoke with my sister is unacceptable. She called looking for a lawyer to help her with her custody case and the person who called back had her in tears. Very condescending, downright rude, cruel and judgemental!!! Insuated she was lying about everything without even knowing or meeting her! Shame on you for treating someone who needs help like this!! I would never recommend your practice to anyone looking for a good lawyer. And I will let everyone I know how you treated a single mother just trying to get help from a deadbeat dad who is on drugs. Apparently you only help the men in these situations and women do not matter. Disgraceful. Disgusting. Shameful.

She was slow moving, couldnt do what was needed to be done, i almost lost my leg, she couldnt get a red cent from the other driver.

Going back a number of years ago my wife and I consulted with Marjorie about possibly filing a bankruptcy. At the consultation Marjorie happily Accepted a check for A retainer of over a $1000 from us. The only reason we had that money was from a tax return. Shortly after we decided not to go through with the bankruptcy and asked for the refund. Let me add, There were no papers filled out and no paperwork filed for a bankruptcy. No work on her part was rendered at any time. Her assistant acted as if she knew nothing about it so I provided them with a copy of the cashed check. I followed up with the assistant/secretary many times leaving voicemail messages and talking to them directly over the phone. I was always given the run around that they had to discuss it with Marjorie. They literally had a copy of the cash check that they cashed. What more would they possibly need to prove they owed it to us. After over a year of getting the run around and being ignored we finally gave up. She took the money, Never provided any services for it And refused to acknowledge us. She is a piece of garbage in my eyes and not worth the space she takes up or the money she steals. Literally taking Over a $1000 from someone who is SO down and out that they are considering bankruptcy. What a despicable human being. After looking through the reviews it appears that we were not the only victims.

I hired him to handle a personal injury case and he did nothing for about 4 years and didn't fight for me with the case at all. I just let it go because I wanted to move on with my life, but that injury was permanent and he could have won easily with the witness I had and even the police were on my side. I learned the hard way do not just hire someone because they are in proximity to the courthouse.
