We want to share the good experience we had with Barden & Barden. We are an elderly couple who never had to deal with anything like this before. We felt overwhelmed by this event because it seemed so complicated. The collision caused by another driver moving at high speed and failing to yield, left us both quite seriously injured and hospitalized thousands of miles from home in a community we didn’t know. On top of that we had totaled the rental car we were driving. Shortly after the event, we contacted Barden & Barden in our home town. They did so much right away to put our minds at rest and assure us they would handle all the details of compensation for medical and rehabilitation expenses, automobile damage, and communications with the many entities involved, especially insurance companies. For example, right away they gathered complete information from the local sheriff attending the collision and the doctors caring for us. They obviously took care to see that insurance covered our bills as we never were billed ourselves. While they worked on our case, they kept us up to date on its progress. The firm’s attorneys and their assistants maintained a sympathetic and business-like attitude throughout the time they helped us. It was obvious in our dealings with them that they really knew what they were doing. At the end, they engineered a settlement that covered all our expenses as well as compensating us for what we had gone through.

I was hit by a car while out on delivery for a local company. I explained to Jed that I was a student and that I really didn't know how to put forward my claim or what was a reasonable price for my compensation.
Jed listened to my concerns and made good recommendations in terms of medical treatment, dealing with Labor and Industries, and the hospital regarding my billing. Additionally he helped me ask for the maximum settlement amount that was reasonable, and helped me negotiate with the insurance company which really tried to lowball then ignore my claim. Having an advocate to help you navigate the complexities of the insurance, labor and the legal obligations was so great. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

When I first approached Mr. Gilbert to take my DUI case, he advised me that he typically doesn't do criminal law. However, upon my insistence he agreed to take my case. No only was I charged with a DUI, it had special circumstances that could have ended not so favorably for me. Mr. Gilbert not only did a full investigation, but also consulted with experts. Mr. Gilbert was able to reduce my DUI charge to a Negligence charge. Mr. Gilbert was professional, effective as well as making sure I knew how my decision to allegedly drink and drive could have had more dire consequences to not just me but to others. Mr. Lambrecht spent valuable time with me on the phone listening to my case and provided very helpful advice on how to deal with it. People who have not been trained on law may not know how things work in the legal world and therefore be at a loss or taken advantage of in trying to resolve legal issues. I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. Accusations of racism should, for the most part, be taken seriously. However, far too often the race card is pulled by folks who either shed responsibility for their own actions or subscribe to the thought of always being a victim. I do not know the person who posted the racism post about Pat and the only judgment I can make is based on my experience.
I am an African American man, and Pat represented me in a year long case and treated my family and me great. Dawn tolerated my numeroius emails and phone calls (usuahly 3 or 4 a day). She showed tremendouse patience and alwas showed compassion as I navigated the process. The things described in the previous post is FAR from the experience I had with Pat and Dawn. I have referred several people, and I will always use him in the future.
Unfortunatly, the internet allows anyone to post anything about anybody- without the burden of providing proof of his or her accusations. Patt Fannin and Dawn White handled my case perfectly and provided nothing but great service to my family and this African American man- I love the way I was treated. THANK YOU PAT AND DAWN!

This Lawyer had my case for over a year then dumped my case... But that's not the worst part .. the insurance company made a offer to settle and he never discussed this with me.. I only found out thru his paralegal that they wanted to settle... I had to get new lawyer and settle the case 10 months later for only a fraction of what the original settlement offer was.... Thanks Pat you really screwed me..... Also if your a minority stay away from this lawyer.....He plays the have and have nots game on what he feels you deserve.... He will catch and kill your case .. I see exactly who and what you are Pat... Stay away from this lawyer... I had to file a complaint against him with the state board

Keith was great to work with as were his staff. After our initial consultation about my accident, I was given a clear explanation of Keith's strategy to get me compensation for my injury.
