We first contacted Peter when we started our medical malpractice journey almost five years ago shortly after the surgery accident happened. He and his paralegal assistant Kim expertly guided us through the long judicial process , handling not only the complex legal issues but all of the roller-coaster emotional ones as well. It became quite evident that we made a great lawyer choice when we witnessed all of the other lawyers during depositions. Peter was clearly head and shoulders above the rest - he was always well prepared, having completely researched all of the medical procedures and surgical tool nuances so that he knew exactly what questions to ask the witnesses. He always remained calm, courteous and professional when questioning them, and left no stone unturned. When we became frustrated with the slow process, which dragged on for years (partly due to being in the midst of Covid), he always listened patiently to our concerns, responded in a way we understood, and never pressured us one way or the other - decisions were always, in the end, left up to us (although he clearly gave us his own recommendations). Now is 2 in a half year later which i was thinking the lawyer was doing his part i would check in often no respond. Now the Dr got alway with what they did. This office need to take people life more serious. I get money is everything to them but to me was the damage the Dr did to me and I pray they don’t do It to another women. I can’t get another lawyer all because the two years this office waisted. I put my trust on them and they just let me down more than the Dr. Don’t waist your time. Cause they will

I had an unsatisfactory experience with The Prince Law Group for several reasons:
Unexpected Fees: I was surprised by some of the charges, such as being billed $56 for an email that consisted of just two sentences. This made me feel that communication costs were higher than anticipated.
Inefficient Use of Consultation Time: The lawyer often over-explained simple matters and spoke at a very slow pace, which extended our sessions unnecessarily. I was also charged for 15 minutes during which the lawyer discussed personal topics unrelated to my case.
Scheduling Challenges: There were instances where meetings were canceled at the last minute. This was inconvenient and felt very unprofessional.
While I understand that legal matters can be complex, these issues affected my overall experience. I hope they consider improving in these areas for future clients.
