Honestly I don’t have enough good words to describe my experience with Carrie. From the moment she got in contact with me following my request it was an absolute breeze. My mom was in a parking lot car accident where the other person ran the stop sign and knocked off her front bumper, we were not aware at the time that police doesn’t report to parking lot accidents, but my mom was in major back pain so I quickly searched for injury attorneys. I was in contact with Carrie around April and she quickly got my mom started with therapy and said by September we should be closing the case and wow was she accurate, my mom is now pain free and with some much needed money in her pocket and now not at risk of losing her home.
And before I forget her communication is TOP NOTCH, I mean what attorney texts with their clients now a days? That was a huge bonus for me as I barely ever have time to talk on the phone.

In September 2018 I slipped and fell on a wet tile hotel lobby floor in Orlando without warning signage. I broke a bone in my lower back and experienced such pain and suffering I abandoned my daily long distance running and struggled to walk. I ended up having everything covered for any treatments, bills, medications, and vehicle replacement after having this firm handle my case and what's more is they recovered my lost wages as well as pain and suffering from having things dragged out by the at fault driver changing their story and the insurance giving me the run around on top of all of the struggle of my injuries and everything that came with them. Mr. Finnerty was assigned to my case almost four years after its original pre Covid filing date in 2019 tasking him with a tremendous amount of catching up to do. He learned the ins and outs of my and my husband’s complex 13 charge case in a very short amount of time and navigated all of the depositions far better than we could have hoped for. Sherry handled a very convoluted slip and fall case against the State of Florida (won an in-line--of-duty pension) and the State's contractor who was responsible for the conditions that caused my injuries (liability settlement). Other more "famous" attorneys turned my case down saying the contractor couldn't be sued. It could, was, and Sherry won.

Mr. Brooks is an exceptional defense lawyer for medical malpractice defense. I am sure he functions in other legal area's as well but my personal experience has been physician malpractice defense. His detail work and knowledge of strategy were remarkable. Interestingly, he has defended me personally entirely successfully, in a very complex & difficult medical malpractice case that extended over a few years. We have also worked together defending other physicians over the years, in separate unrelated actions. He knows medicine very well and understands how to structure his defense and what areas of concern are vulnerable and develops his strategy well while also thoroughly preparing his witnesses and client. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.
