Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

I hired Mr.Glanton after a MTA bus ran into the back of the car that my 6 kids was in. Some of them was hurt more so than the others. Mr. Glanton made sure the they was taken care of, in and out of the hospital. He met all of my kids needs, he made sure that my car was faxed in a timely matter, He made sure that my kids had the Dr., and therapy that they needed. November 2020 I had a slip and fall, I spoke to a family member, believing that this could have been preventable, he referred me to The Wharton Law Firm, I have never been in this situation before so I contacted the firm. All this happened during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, I received a phone call advising that the attorney wanted to conduct a zoom consultation, during the consultation I advise him of what had taken place on that day, I was then advised that the firm would except my case, I was grateful. Not knowing what to expect, I went to all my doctor visits, obtain any evidence that I could, Andrew kept me up dated on every aspect of the case, if he emailed and stated they needed anything such as medical records, medical bills ect. I was able to obtain them. anytime they call, emailed the first thing they ask was how was I feeling. I woud receive some emails asking certain questions about that day, to clear up a few unanswered questions. As time went on I was still continuing treatment, I would advise them of every appointment I had, what day, who I was seeing, afterwards I would email Andrew advise him of my visit, what will happen next, I just kept him up to date on everything that was going on. Once we got to the near end I was advised of the starting offer, he advise me on each and every one through the end, he consulted with me about what to expect and how this negotiaton would take place, after mutipile offers and at that time which I agreed to settle. I have talked about this firm to my family and would highly recommend The wharton Law Firm, because I was completely satisfied. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. Mr. Peel recently represented me in motorcycle accident. The case took a long time but he and his staff stuck with it in a professional manner that kept me at ease. When the case ended up in mediation, Mr. Peel not only wisely advised me and my wife during the process but he was on the phone with the insurance companies and hospital reducing the amount that we would pay from the settlement. I was injured in Nashville at a bar on Main Street. It was the middle of the afternoon and my jaw was fractured. Without going into detail, I will be having quite a bit of dental work in my future.

Been working for TDOT for 13 years. I’m a truck driver. It’s all I know. I’m a hard worker, I don’t go around just making work comp claims and trying to get something for nothing. I was at work when a gust of wind came in blew me sideways. A huge piece of equipment fell. I fell back and hit the rock and asphalt ground and was knocked unconscious. Nobody at my work called for EMS, I laid there for 15-20 minutes before anybody did anything. When I finally came to I had blood all over my face and was in so much pain and would you believe they put me in a state truck and drove me to a clinic instead of calling 911 to take me to the hospital! I crushed my ear drum and now have permanent nerve damage and hearing loss in my ear from hitting the ground so hard. My injuries triggered migraines. They get really bad, it broke all the bones in my face on my right side. I have permanent damage, and now have problems seeing out of my right eye. I was doing everything I could to try to heal up and get better as fast as possible but I was afraid that they were going to fire me or send me into early retirement because of my injuries. That’s when my wife and I called Rocky. From day one, dealing with work comp has been a nightmare. They fought us on every treatment and everything that I needed to function. Rocky was Afsoon were great knowledgeable and always kept me informed. The folks at Rocky Law Firm always knew me and all about my case. I didn’t feel like a number. Carmen is a bad to the bone. She and Afsoon fought those adjusters tooth and nail and are still fighting. I didn’t want to make a million dollars out of this, I just wanted to have my medical expenses taken care of. Rocky and his firm got me more than I expected and even though my case is done, they’re still helping me because I’m still having problems with work comp paying for the things they are supposed to pay. I was injured working for a retail company. After many unsuccessful attempts to work with their insurance company, it was recommended to me by the Tennessee Board of Workers' Compensation to hire an attorney. Not knowing who to contact, I remember seeing many ads for Rocky Law Firm on television. I looked up online reviews for this firm and saw that they had an excellent reputation so I gave them a call. I called the office, they talked to me a little bit and told me I should come in and discuss my case with them. After meeting with an attorney, they said they'd be more than happy to take my case. After speaking with Carmen, the paralegal, she assured me that RML was going to take good care of me...and boy did they. After two and a half years working with Afsoon and her assistant, Carmen, I learned a lot of things about injuries, insurance companies and workers compensation. If it were not for Afsoon and Carmen, I would have not gotten the medical treatment I needed or the support they gave me during the process. Its amazing to me how insurance companies take advantage of the system so if you do not have the right attorney, you can get frustrated quickly and just give up. I never once thought of giving up because of the constant communication that I received from my attorney's admin, Carmen. She got to know me and explained everything that I needed to know. She fought for me through the whole process. And when I was frustrated and didn't understand, she always had the right answers. My attorney and Carmen made me feel like one of the family and that they really cared and were concerned that I got the best recovery possible for my injuries.

Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
