If I could this law office 100 stars, I would. I found the law office of Mr Steven Grace after I had spoken to 10-15 other law offices, legal advisors, online research, and countless free consultations. I almost just gave up as I was trying to battle a very complex lawsuit against myself and my company in the state of IL, and I live in TX. From my first call with Mr. Steven Grace, I immediately knew he was the one i was going hire! Not only that he was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and clearly knew exactly what to do, but he also listened and genuinely cared about me as a client. Listed to my full story, presented several options, and settled my case with great deal of confidence. While he was clearly very busy, I truly felt that I was the only client that mattered to him. He reached the resolution that I wanted and kept me informed the whole time. I honestly felt that a friend was helping, not a lawyer. More importantly, he charged me less than half of what most other law offices tried to charge me. I would highly recommend this lawyer to friends, family, or anyone that really needs help. I wouldn’t waste time and money and give law offices if you help.

I retained the law firm of Davies, Humphreys, Horton & Reese, PLC in 2010 with Ed Reynolds Davies Jr. serving as the lead attorney. He was responsive, worked hard, and was always well prepared. Mr. Davies was available at all times via email or phone and was able to obtain an excellent settlement for me without having to file a lawsuit.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. He didn’t just turn his back on me, he helped me get some things cleared up here in Tn so I can move forward in WVa. I feel Jason is honest and a compassionate man who doesn’t do his job for just the money. Jason truly fights to help his clients, and you don’t have to mortgage your home to hire him. Mr. Peel recently represented me in motorcycle accident. The case took a long time but he and his staff stuck with it in a professional manner that kept me at ease. When the case ended up in mediation, Mr. Peel not only wisely advised me and my wife during the process but he was on the phone with the insurance companies and hospital reducing the amount that we would pay from the settlement. This in no way increased the amount that we would pay to Mr. Peel but increased the amount of money we would keep. He didn't charge us an extra fee for this service which reflects his character and integrity. David became our friend through this process. I can't thank him enough.

Mr. Meade came highly recommended by my activism organization, and throughout my case I absolutely understood why.
He was very thorough, informed me in a way I could understand of every option and the consequences of each. I saw active and effective progress with his working with the DA. I truly believe Mr. Mac Meade fights for his clients' best interest and outcome. I am fully confident that I received the best legal representation possible.
While I hope to never need his services again, I wouldn't need to consult elsewhere if I did, and I would recommend him as a defense attorney to anyone.
I must recognize his Paralegal, S., as well who was always very helpful, accurately and timely relayed messages, and explained things thoroughly as well when I spoke with her. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them.

A little over 20 years ago, when I lived in Memphis, Mark helped me in ways that I can only truly appreciate the gravity of in hindsight. To say I had no clear direction and was making poor choices is an understatement. I never felt judged by Mark, and even at that time, I sensed he genuinely wanted to help me. He certainly was not doing it for a pay day, as I was broke as a joke. When I look back at the many people I have met in my life, Mark has always stood out to me as someone whom I admire and have a great deal of gratitude for. Without him, my life certainly could have taken a much different trajectory. At that time, I needed some extra chances, which he found. In 2023 I fell in a grocery store in Wilson Co. I immediately called my sister because l wasn't sure If I would need for her to come and take me to E.R.

November 2020 I had a slip and fall, I spoke to a family member, believing that this could have been preventable, he referred me to The Wharton Law Firm, I have never been in this situation before so I contacted the firm. All this happened during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, I received a phone call advising that the attorney wanted to conduct a zoom consultation, during the consultation I advise him of what had taken place on that day, I was then advised that the firm would except my case, I was grateful. Not knowing what to expect, I went to all my doctor visits, obtain any evidence that I could, Andrew kept me up dated on every aspect of the case, if he emailed and stated they needed anything such as medical records, medical bills ect. I was able to obtain them. anytime they call, emailed the first thing they ask was how was I feeling. I woud receive some emails asking certain questions about that day, to clear up a few unanswered questions. As time went on I was still continuing treatment, I would advise them of every appointment I had, what day, who I was seeing, afterwards I would email Andrew advise him of my visit, what will happen next, I just kept him up to date on everything that was going on. Once we got to the near end I was advised of the starting offer, he advise me on each and every one through the end, he consulted with me about what to expect and how this negotiaton would take place, after mutipile offers and at that time which I agreed to settle. I have talked about this firm to my family and would highly recommend The wharton Law Firm, because I was completely satisfied. I am so grateful to The Wharton Law firm, and they were so concerning, polite, helpful, reliable, honest and most of all very professional, If I had to use a firm in the future it will be The Wharton Law Firm

After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where.
