I received a DUI last December.
Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case.
I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background.
That was a Huge and Costly Mistake.
Once Ingrid took my money, she became next to impossible to reach.
Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me.
When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be.
The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation.
This was my first and last experience with this type of thing.
I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect.
Lesson learned!

Genuinely one of the most caring people I have met. I had no clue where to even begin to navigate a court case or how to get help. Hi everyone, I want to sincerely appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for the dedication and time they put in working my credit. I had 4 charges off accounts (3 cc and 1 installment loan). I do have 2 cards with longevity and bad payment history though lower limits ($1200 and $850) and a car loan with 7 late time payments reflecting. During my financial struggles NFC closed the 2-credit card accounts I had with them. I also had a chapter 7 BK in 2020. I did have high utilization and few late payments (over more than 10 days late). The account closure dropped my scores because the balances took my utilization to 990%. The Law Offices of Nigohosian & Dahlquist, P.C. is the right place for you. I hired Brian Nigohosian after having hired three law firms prior. Brian came in in the middle of a very convoluted "battle" with my self-centered, egotistical, rapacious, controlling husband, who is also an attorney. The likelihood of trial was very high from the very start, and the uncertainty that comes with this process was incredibly stressful and unnerving. The idea that I would have to “prove” my credibility and worthiness, while fighting for my future and that of my children’s as much as possible, kept me up many nights over. Many circumstances existed outside of our control, however, shortly before our trial date we were successful in entering into a settlement agreement. A lot of the issues involved caused me panic. Brian did a phenomenal job working on those issues considering the short time left in my case – a time-frame, which is allowed by the courts.
