The folks here are honestly just top-notch. They spent probably a cumulative 5-6 hours on the phone with me, as well as who knows how many hours off of the phone researching my case and gathering information. In the end, they were unable to help me with my case, and they told me so.
The whole time, they never stopped working for me, knowing there was a chance they couldn't help -- they worked regardless. And then, at the end, they didn't charge me a dime. Not a penny. They weren't able to help me recover anything, and therefore, they did not charge me for what time they had already put in.
I only spoke with a paralegal one time the entire time. The rest of my phone calls were with Troutman himself. I know with many named law offices, you deal with paralegals unless your case is big enough for the person whose name is on the door to look into it. Not so with Troutman.
I will reiterate, this is the best experience I could have hoped for. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Troutman Law Firm.

I recently got in a car accident at work at MCO airport. The cop refused to write a report, the guy left, my car was heavily damaged, I was injured & beyond upset. Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. I found Mr Adler on AVVO and after reading nothing but 5 star reviews I contacted him about my case. He is very professional, no nonsense and got me results when a previous attorney did nothing in over a year's time. Andrew Irvin represented me in a medical malpractice claim that settled fairly and out of court. This was my first experience with any type of law suit and I had many questions, concerns and misgivings. One of Andrew's first recommendations was to apply for an extension on the 2 year statute of limitations. I didn't realize this was even possible. My case was complicated and AJ did a great job in figuring out how to win. No one believed me when I told them what happened, but AJ did. He went out of his way to find a video from a business next door that supported my claim and got me the evidence I needed to succeed. I don't trust lawyers, but AJ was someone who listened to me, someone who told me how it is when we looked bad, and when we had a break in the case.
