Wow Matthew is quick, hardworking, and honest. I had gotten a ticket two years ago that still had not been resolved, I called him and it took a couple of days for him to dismiss everything and honestly speaking my situation was not good, but still he pulled through and saved me. If anyone knows what it's like to need a lawyer on a weekend or weeknight, I found myself in that situation in 2010. After Googling attorneys, I went through the list and Mr. Swedick was the only one that answered the phone. He took care of the situation quickly. Matthew Simone was a life saver for me! He got my DWI and refusal to submit a breathalyzer down to an open container where I only paid a fine, completed an alcohol evaluation, and a short course for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). My arrest record, finger prints and mug shot were sealed and my license was not suspended for a year for refusing the breathalyzer. I also can travel freely back and forth to Canada where my girlfriend lives because of Matt. I was stopped at a checkpoint, only conducted one field sobriety test, did not conduct a breathalyzer test, and was respectful and cooperative with the police. If you were swerving in and out of lanes, stumble out of your car, blow over a .08, and are rude to the police there is only so much that can be done. However, Matt will still fight for you to get you what you want. Remember to set proper expectations and know that a majority of how your case is going to play out depends on your behavior that night. Matt’s communication was also great! If I had any questions or concerns about the legal process he would answer them swiftly and take the time to ensure I understood what was happening. His legal assistant Joselyn was also spectacular! She would get back to me in a timely manner as well and always sent me what I needed, even if I asked twice and forgot that I already had what I needed. 10/10 would recommend! Hopefully we won’t cross paths again, but if we do it feels good knowing Matt is on your legal team!

10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. Hes friendly, impressively knowledgable, understanding and most of all not judgemental in anyway. lucas generally cares for his clients and will work hard to make sure he gets the bests results for you. stop looking for attorneys. i swear you hit jackpot with mr. mihuta, your in good hands and worth every penny.

Lucas helped me at a time in my life in which I found myself in a precarious situation filled with stress and worry. Margie Soehl is a top notch savvy attorney. She was recommended to us by a former client. She was not only legally savvy but also sensitive to my spouse's needs. For example, the injuries incurred as a result of the circumstances that led to the case, limited my spouse's physical abilities. She spoke to us about doing the necessary deposition over several days, as opposed to one marathon day that would have been superlatively challenging for my spouse. I was very seriously injured at a New York State boat launch. Chris Flint handled the case from start to finish. We brought an action in against New York State in the Court of Claims. I saw Chris in action, first in depositions, then at trial. He was great. Chris had spent many hours with me both in his office and at the scene of the accident, preparing for trial. He went above and beyond and was absolutely driven to get me the best result possible. Through Chris’s hard work and excellent skills in the court room, the Court found liability on the State, a result they were definitely not expecting. The State then settled the case. I feel that without Chris’s hard work, I could not have won the case. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

I recently hired Mr. Palmateer in a Federal trademark dispute case in which I was the defendant. First of all, Lee is very personable and an excellent communicator, which I have found to be qualities lacking in some attorneys. He is diligent about returning phone calls and e-mails and is scrupulously honest in his billing practices. He is, in short, a credit to the legal profession.

I had been sitting on my business trademark for years knowing I need to secure an official trademark but clueless on where to start. After discovering that I had Legionnaire's Disease which I contracted from the Best Western Sovereign Hotel in Albany, which has a history of problems with this disease, I contacted Michael Conway who I knew from newspaper stories was representing several other clients with the same problem. Mr. Pennock is the best lawyer I've ever had, one you would want to have on your side no matter what type of case or legal affairs you want handled. He is very thorough, honest, and detail-oriented. Nothing misses his legal eye, and the wealth of accumulated legal knowledge and experience he has in various legal areas (especially in cases where they might overlap legal boundaries) is unbeatable. He is fair in everything, including and especially his reasonable fees, and he will tell you if you are being unreasonable in your demands or if you are crossing any legal lines in any of your cases and dealings that you entrust to him. He was my lawyer for a car accident and in real estate, and the thoroughness of the advice and work that he put into both were the same even though both didn't actually pay him the same amount of money. With Mr. Pennock, it doesn't matter what job he is handling or how much the job costs: it is that he gets the job done very well with your best interests always in mind. I am always amazed at how he assimilates and thoroughly digests every detail of any importance.
