We were introduced to Damon Hudson, Attorney at Law with Singleton Schreiber a year ago in September, 2023.
Little did we know his qualifications were so vast. His knowledge of the law and his experience with insurance companies is amazing. He also takes time to explain things so laymen can understand and doesn't mind doing so. We were not only surprised with his manner of handling himself with our insurance company, but how he handled himself at court hearings.

Having never been a part of any litigation process before, and as a former career firefighter, I could not have asked for a more professional, prompt, or more knowledgeable law firm and staff to handle a pretty complex case. Based upon experiences with more than two dozen attorneys over the past 45 years, I would rank this law firm among the best. I hired them for a criminal defense case after being falsely accused of a felony by the police. Before hiring this firm, there were six other firms that did not want to take the case because I wanted to file a civil lawsuit against the police. This firm was recommended by a lawyer from an estate planning law firm. My attorneys, (Richelle and Daniel), got the criminal charge dropped almost immediately, then proceeded to the civil complaint against the police, which is still active. They are straight shooters -- no hype or sugar coating. They responded promptly to emails and took time to explain things. The billing statement included no padding of the bill whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this firm without hesitation.

I was in a car accident that completely turned our vehicle around and racked up some medical bills. Mr Pofahl and his staff were very friendly and professional. I live out of town so they were very accommodating to that, which was very nice. They kept me informed the entire process and any decisions that needed to be made was mine. There was no pressure. If they don’t have the answer to a question in front of them, they are quick to get back to you. I will be recommending this law firm to anyone who finds themselves needing a lawyer due to an auto accident.
It doesn’t get done overnight however they are thorough and get you the best results possible and won’t be disappointed with the results.

I would highly recommend Pofahl Law Firm. Brady and his staff were always very quick to answer my emails and phone calls. I personally would highly recommend Betsy Salcedo, she is very quick, intentive, and really knows what she is doing. Not is she friendly and highly professional but is also fairly priced. Ms. Salcedo never failed to exceed, I was always satisfied with her work. Betsy has been my saving grace through the most hellacious time in my life. She has been fair with payments and pricing as she knows that I am struggling financially. She has taken phone calls and texts at crazy times and has even called while she was assisting her son with homework when I was in a panic. She takes her time and explains what may or may not happen.

I thank God my mom found Benjamin Decker. I had an attorney prior to Mr. Decker and the difference is immense. I would not go with anyone else. He took over my case and kept me informed and i felt relieved like i could finally rest because he was taking care of my case.
