Wallace B. Wason, Jr. represented our family in a case involving complex litigation, which involved multiple corporate and individual defendants, and as plaintiffs, a family including two minor children as well as a business. He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. He was aggressive and impressive, both in the courtroom and in pleadings which is reflected in the opinions of the Court. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties.

I'm so thankful for The Barrera Law Firm and the work they did on my workers comp case. In September 2023 I injured myself at work and ruptured my achilles tendon; a complete freak accident that left me unable to walk.

If you are seeking a top-flight attorney to handle a dental malpractice suit, I strongly recommend you consider Michelle Bartoli-Cain. When I first considered filing suit for a dental injury I discovered Michelle and was immediately impressed by her professional approach to my situation. She thoroughly researched the unique aspects of my case and began a well planned approach towards achieving a favorable settlement with the defendants. I was aware that most suits settled prior to trial; however, my confidence grew with the realization that Michelle was prepared to go to trial should that have become necessary.
As time passed I was referred to several expert witnesses who supported our assertion of negligence and characterized Michelle as a "tenacious bull dog" who probably knows as much or more about dental implant injuries than most dentists. As expert after expert expressed their very favorable opinion of Michelle's abilities I became more and more confident that we would prevail at trial or extract a generous settlement from the defendant.
My faith in Michelle's abilities was substantiated time after time as I watched her during depositions. It quickly became apparant that she knew every aspect of my case and was much better prepared and considerably more knowledgeable about nerve injuries than the defendant's attorneys.

When our teenage son received a reckless driving speeding ticket, we realized we needed expert legal advice. Mr Dean gave our son a checklist of requirements for him to complete before his court date, making everything perfectly clear.
