I contacted Mr Qaqish after I received a traffic ticket. I was looking at getting four points on my license for my first offense. Mr Qaqish took my call quickly, he was very curtious and explained the process very well and alleived my anxiety. He was even able to go the hearing without me when my docket was rescheduled to a date that I was out of town. He was able to get me a reduced fine and NO points. He called me out of town and updated me too. I am so happy I contacted him rather than trying to go through the process myself. His fee was reasonable and more than worth the great service I received.

when I was convicted of a 2nd DUI & possession of marijuana in Lehigh county You almost think life is over & now I have a bad criminal record. Choosing Edward has gained me confidence in my future background not being damaged. I’m not from Lehigh county but searching for a lawyer, I came across Edward. We had a great consultation on the phone and he was professional and honest about what the plan was going to be. I was confident in hiring him as my attorney and we also managed to knock off my drug charge and traffic violations that saved me money in fines. I was looking at jail time but he worked out a plea deal with the DA so I would only do house arrest and I could continue to stay in school & also continue to work. Attorney Frisoli Furst (Carolyn) was retained by me after my wife of 19 years left and took along our two sons, ages 16 and 12 at the time, refusing to let me visit with them for almost a month. Carolyn gave me excellent legal advice, and successfully navigated me through the necessary legal twists and turns to obtain limited and then shared legal and physical custody, 50/50 on an interim basis, within 6 months of litigation involving an uncooperative spouse. 9 months later at the end of a protracted custody trial, she had argued successfully enough for my judge to award a final ruling of shared legal and physical custody, 50/50!!!

This group is a very positive thinking group of Attorney's. Pleasant to be around. We were looking for an Attorney for Grandparent Rights. Called Ian. We went to court for the visitation rights. Our situation escalated very quickly emotionally. Mike stepped in to push for our time deserved with our grandchild and to push it farther. Escalated to a situation once again on a holiday morning. I reached out to this law firm for assistance because I wanted to remove myself from the Intellectual Disability system which can only be done in court. Okay, so I received a response from them saying no one can assist me at this time but provided contact for Lehigh County: Intellectual Disabilities which I am certainly NOT contacting. I said I want to be removed from the IDD system, correct? Did I say anything at all about providing me contact so people can talk me out of it? I am not that stupid… I know what would happen...
Understandable they cannot assist but they clearly provided a contact for Lehigh County, they did NOT even provide a contact for an attorney who might be able to assist. Seriously??? And do not even refer me to attorneys who works for this system...
It's not so much I am not happy for any help given. It's "oh he has an IDD and needs to speak with someone other than an attorney"... And now if myself or anyone else would call this law firm out or any other law office and they have no problems at all by assisting in terms of contacting the police...

I engaged them for a legal consultation on 04/01. They insisted on full payment of $200 before the meeting which was not a deal breaker for me however not standard practice. A partner jumped on a video call with me for 35-40 minutes.
I left the meeting with more questions and confusion than I had before and no clear strategy from my "legal consultation".
She told me I should contact her over her email/phone however my calls or emails have not been returned for the past 8 days.
Felt unprofessional and a quick money grab to be honest.
