To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and in one particular instance, within two days of hiring him at that, he used that knowledge of the law to stop a situation happening.
Even after moving hours away now, I will never use another lawyer again. I truly mean that.

I am a resident of San Antonio and I had a case of mistaken identity involving somebody that attorney Brent Huckabay represented. without requiring a retainer the guy took time out of his own day to help me get a really difficult situation resolved. There’s not that many attorneys out there that would listen and help somebody in a jam without a retainer or some kind of a exchange; the guy is a class act!

I found Mr. Abbott to be very professional during the course of my divorce process. He is a no-nonsense person who is very upfront about what to expect during this emotionally painful undertaking. He was also very compassionate and caring about the dissolution of my marriage. If I could give Ryan negative stars I would. To begin with Ryan is extremely arrogant. We hired him for our son. We payed him a 10,000$ retainer fee. At the time he had an amazing secretary who had worked with his counterpart Jeff Blackburn. She has since passed away and I can see now that she is the only thing that kept his office alive. We initially hired him because of her. She had compassion and respect for people. The first time we met Ryan was at a court date. He didn’t even introduce himself and when we approached him he acted like he was too good for us. He thinks he is better than everyone and walks around in his expensive suits. He did absolutely nothing for my son and just kept asking for more money. Before his secretary passed she said they were going to hire a private investigator. That never happened. His office never called to let us know about court dates. His bond company always called. One day my son showed up for court and they said Ryan DROPPED him as a client!!! Without warning! Ryan said he mailed a letter and tried to call but we never received anything!! He is an arrogant, uncaring, and money hungry man. STAW AWAY or regret it for yourself.

Landlords seem to be granted the upper hand in renting transactions. I called 6 lawyers who all told me NO before I found Grant. I appreciated him taking my case against an unscrupulous landlord who denied me information about the return of my security deposit and thence payment of said deposit. He and Delisa communicated actions needed and proceeded upon my responses. Grant's communications with my ex-landlord resulted in the return of my deposit without having to drag it all out in small claims court. Without hesitation, I will call on Grant for any other legal assistance in his realm of expertise!

Hired her last year for child custody due to ex husband filing for full custody. Had court last week and did not fight hard for me despite having a ridiculous amount of evidence to support me being a good mother . Didn’t get much email and phone correspondence throughout the year up until the last 3 weeks before court . I don’t recommend her if you want to keep your child. Figuring mother to mother she would of understood and fought hard for me and seen that this was wrong and failed to provide all the proper documentation, felt like she didn’t prep for the case til a month before we went to court
