I was involved in an auto accident and hired Mr. Erhart to represent me. He spoke in terms I could understand and explained the Minnesota no-fault laws to my family. William Erhart and his team provided an amazing experience from start to finish. It was evident Mr. Erhart has built his firm around providing superior customer service. The phone call all parents dread, your son is in the hospital from a car accident. A good friend recommended Mark to us and he was great. He handled all the ins. nightmare and when they didn't respond in a timely manor he filed paperwork against them and he was tough. He got my son a great settlement and we were able to hold it until he was 25 yrs old. so he didn't blow in his young age. I would and have recommended Mark to other friends. We always felt like he had our son's best interest in mind. and was always available to answer any questions we had. He is a great attorney. Still feel like I could call him for legal advise today 12 yrs after our case.

Mark hung in there until the end for us during our trial. He was fighting a large insurance company that didn't want to pay our claim to us. He had plenty of research on my husband's neck condition and previous Nerva Ablation treatments. The treatments were kind of new at the time, but are now commonly used. We always felt we were supported by Mark. We never felt unable to ask any question. Mark has a calm demeanor, but wasn't afraid to ask hard questions of the insurance company when they were on the stand. He never backed down. We felt completely supported throughout the whole trial. We would highly recommend him!

Ryan Madison did an awesome job getting money for my settlement. I had a very rare case and 3 other attorneys declined to work with me. If anybody that is reading this is wondering who to chose for a defense lawyer i can tell you first hand i never felt so down and out when i got pulled over for a DWI and didn't know who to turn to and i had heard MR.ORWIG was the best at what he does so i called MR.ORWIG the next day after my DWI and it was a sat he came in and met up with him and he never guaranteed a win but told me he would try his best so i had a feeling of honesty so i went ahead and hired him immediately.I got pulled over in march of 2010 and the case was fully dismissed by October.The defense he came up with was unbelievable but it worked.

I would not recommend the attorney Bob Howard to represent you. He was the most dishonest attorney I ever had to represent us. Gave us false information in a third party custody case. He misrepresented the case to us, but charged us an astronomical amount for doing nothing. After wasting two years on the case and giving us false information . He told us that both parents had to agree on legal custody or adoption. Which was false information they just had to be served that the grandparents were filing for legal custody. My husband and I ended up representing ourselves in court with the help form the attorney at the Anoka county law library. That is how we found out that Bob Howard lied to us just to get our money!

Contesting a Cellular Device Ticket - Facts below;
Appointment for an arraignment at 2:00pm - waited over 2 hours in a zoom call to be called upon - I understand staffing is short, appointments are overbooked and timing can never be predicted.
Now into the story of why I'm providing a 1 star review here for Mr. Baertschi --
After waiting 2 hours for a chance to speak. Mr Baertschi did not provide me an opportunity to speak, nor listen to my story - instead, stated: "I have given you your options based off the 6 words I just read "Driver was holding his cellular device in his right hand".
You can take it or leave it - it's your choice.
I did not even get an opportunity to present my side of the story or facts to this ticket.
I accepted the consequences due to my own actions, but did not seem this was fair - I have never been pulled over for using a phone while driving, did not receive any warnings -- my driving record is clean. He would not offer any chances to negotiate or compromise. This was all finished within 2-3 minutes because he had other 'recipients'/claims he had to get to.
Later, when going back into the zoom lobby with other folks who were here to contest their tickets - there was a young female who had the same offense as me "being on phone while driving" and it sounded like Mr. Baertschi gave her at least 10+ minutes of his time, yet I only received 2-3 minutes and was interrupted continually.
Moral of my review - he does not treat everyone fairly and equally - I then was presented in front of a judge and offered my comment and the judge lowered my total fee without question.
Equality at it's finest... Would never trust Mr. Baertschi with a case of mine, he had to look at his computer for notes the whole session.

You are enabling young ones by letting them have a reduced fee because they can't afford the consequences... A 19 year old to be given grace... I get where you're coming from but at the same time we as a society are just enabling this behavior.
You asked me what my occupation was and based off that, you decided I have to pay the fee because I can afford it.
