This woman is absolutely amazing. She is the definition of above and beyond. Watching her work is like watching a piece of art being created in front of you. While we did not get the outcome we were hoping for in our case, she made a case that was mind blowing. The only reasoning behind the bad verdict was 90% the jury sadly. Most of them didn't want to be there and made that clear when I heard them talking outside of the court room. The courts in GA are a whole other world I have sadly learned. However I cannot say enough good things about Leslie. I would not hesitate to hire her for anything needed. She not only does an amazing job in every way, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their families. The amount of time she spent talking to me alone throughout the process was mind blowing in it's own matter. Even with the case being done she is still helping with the next steps and things she doesn't even need to help me with.

I was in a car accident in November 2022, on my way to work the week after Thanksgiving—and just one week after paying off my car loan! A teenage boy turned across three lanes of traffic directly in front of me while I was going 50 mph. I was driving a Honda Civic Coupe, and he was in a Super Duty Ford F150. I remember my life flashing before my eyes. I was taken to Piedmont Hospital by ambulance and later sent home with three broken ribs, stitches in my knee, abrasions on my arms, shoulders, and legs, and bruises across my chest and abdomen where the seatbelt saved my life.
Josh and Cap fought for me for nearly two years while the opposing party tried every trick in the book to paint me as at fault. This was despite clear evidence to the contrary and the sworn statement of the Georgia State Patrol officer who was the first responder at the scene. The opposing party’s insurance repeatedly lowballed me for a full year, offering a settlement that was less than half their client’s insurance policy and not even enough to cover my hospital bills.
Almost two years to the day, Josh and Cap settled my case for 50% higher than the opposing party’s insurance policy—nearly 3.5 times more than the insurance company’s original offer. I cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this team of real-life superheroes. Thank you so much for all you do, for what you stand for, and for the genuine care you have for your clients.

I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.

Alan is a billboard lawyer who just likes to bs you. He listened to my case and told me he would speak to my criminal guy to get details he didnt told me give me 3 days. I emailed 3 days no reply waited 3 more days then told me I wasn't being reasonable in email. He told me he never asked Jason details back and forth since I don't have marks or holes in my body he dont want it. He cares nothing about being in a cage for 27 hours or the 15k it cost my family to defend myself... The fact is clear he is the type who rarely will go to court he's a office type lawyer.

My only experience with this "said" attorney is the fact that he wrongly accused me of being someone that was employed by one of his clients. I would think that a checks and balance system would be in place before one "said" attorney could just sock a law suit on an innocent individual. I've never worked for his client nor never will but apparently its going to be MY responsibility now to get to the bottom of this and do someone's job and have my name removed from this bogus law suit. I'm pissed that this has happened and it shouldn't have happened. When called "Attorney" Cain should have taken the responsibility and at least apologized about HIS wrong doing. Guess that was too much to ask though. Yeah...I wouldn't have given him even one star but had to rate him something. If you are looking for an attorney, I definitely wouldn't recommend "this" one, because he seems to not be very thorough, as he just does random searches off the internet and anyone that has the same name he just socks a law suit on them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Lack of communication. Consistent delay. No valuation to customers as a priority. Lack of knowledge in relation to case.
During the process of attempting to work with this firm. The paralegal we were assigned to work with appeared to have had a nasty disposition. Upon bringing light to the situation it was discoverd the individual was said to have been sick with frequent hospital visits. With regards to her health and a sincere desire to have empthy for her a conversation was had with relation to the importance of tone and the situations others may also be experiencing. Furthermore with an attempted advancement in interaction amongst this firm we quickly took note that there was little to no organization in relation to the reception of documents as multiple documents had to be sent two-three times. During the duration of each phone call appointment there were delays often exceeding 45min in which the same questions would be asked from previous conversations or requests for documents already submitted. This we feel was a direct reflection of the firms lack of accountability to review the case and/or go over notes before scheduled appointments. To add we were dissapointed to have to experience appointment aburt cancelations the day of appointments. During the waiting duration of two-three months we were not paired with another paralegal after and instead had to remain steadfadt in patience. Non the less two-three months later after finally hearing from the lawyer himself we were sadly told this case was something he felt was more complex than he could handle and that we should seek help elsewhere. With respect to the valuation of time and the importance of it in this short walk of life. I feel individuals should use this experience as a determination or guide of consideration when making important selections for services such as those offered by this firm.

.I'd give them 0 stars but they don't give that option . Father and son tulley Spencer and Ed both. The father not so much as the son ..I am sure my constitution reads the same as theirs . I am sure the laws of this land that I have read didn't say That if you are appointed a l awyer by a court due to the inability to afford one. You will not be represented to the best of their ability.Even worse for a paying client. If you receive the same collective representation as .my son .who had evidence to prove he was innocent . Was told by the appointed attorney the son tully we not gone fool with that . I believe my constitution calls that as a crime .Daddy tulley reiterates the nonuse iof evidence by informing my son If his son put him on the stand I.defense of himself and he was on the jury looking at his past history an his face tat he would vote him guilty anyway. This was the first conversation these men had with my son .my question to daddy tully is this isn't UT your son's job to be smart enough to see your prejudice ass coming and not pick you for my son's jury. ? My question toyour son is this . If daddy has to hold your hand would he be able to when you are held responsible for misconduct .if you don't know how to obtain body cam evidencebor it walked away somehow do you know how to have the officers appear themselves give first hand account cause 3 of them said my son your client was innocent . Yet here we are you allowed my son to be sentenced to 8 years in a federal pen . After exhausting him and convincing him a guilty plus was his only way home.
