Lifesaver! I was at my wits end after looking for an attorney to look over my paperwork for a Warranty of Habitability case. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I could not even get in touch with anyone at Legal-Aid or Colorado Legal Services. I went to the Colorado Bar Association and performed a guided search that brought up just 1 lawyer that fit all my criteria and it was Mr. McMechan. He answered the phone and right off the bat didn't cut corners with me. I knew what I needed, I was able to tell him and he told me what I needed to know during our initial consultation. I was so relieved and very grateful for his help and candor. If I decide to pursue a lawsuit, I will definitely choose him! Quite friendly, knowledgable and affable.

November 5 2015 My husband Tom was hit by a semi and suffered a closed head injury we contacted Frank Azar we were fortunate to be assigned to the best lawyer in the firm BILL MARLIN from day one when we met him he shown us the upmost respect he was friendly while being professional He actually came to our home and went to the crash sight to see exactly what happen then he we to work to get us as much money as he could almost $800,000 dollars we were more than happy with him he was like an angel an answer to a lot of prayers he also helped us pay all DR's and hospital bills as well as medicare we never worried because he was on our side when ever we had any kind of question we could call him and he made time for us he is the best if I could I would give him 10 stars or more I would he told us he was our lawyer for life IF we need anyone again it would be hard to settle for less.

Bill Marlin and Frank Coppola are simply the best attorneys in the world. I lost my husband as a result of medical malpractice a couple of years ago. I didn’t know where to turn for legal support. A friend who works in the courtroom had witnessed Frank and Bill in action and highly recommended them. I met with Bill first and knew immediately that he not only cared about my case, but cared about me as a person. He could relate to what our family had gone through, with a compassionate and easy manner. I honestly felt like he was a friend, rather than my attorney. Meeting Frank gave me the same feeling. These men gave me straight information, going through best and worst-case scenarios. They prepared me emotionally and mentally for what fighting the case might entail. I always knew they were being honest and upfront about everything. On top of everything, they continually maintained a great sense of humor and exuded confident strength.

I posted a legal question on AVVO, and immediately got a ton of responses from many injury lawyers across CO. Almost every lawfirm’s response on there was to contact them immediately. However, Mr. Richard Gama from Gama Law firm was the ONLY lawyer that responded by saying that I needed to seek medical help for my injury first, before I had worry about a lawyer.
No questions asked, I went ahead and reached out to him and see if he would be able to represent me. I knew this was someone who was not only interested in representing me but also cared about my health and well-being.
Given the fact that this was my first ever vehicle accident with an injury, I knew little to nothing and did not know what to expect. However, before I would even wonder or ask him a question , Mr. Gama would have already told me what to do or what to expect. It truly was an easy, quick and effortless experience throughout this whole process. It was nice to know that someone knowledgeable, experienced and very well qualified, would be able to talk you at a personal level but also be very professional about things. I truly felt at ease every time I talked to him whether through phone call or email communication. He was always available and ready to meet and would give you his full attention and time although he had a busy schedule. (He even drove up to my job)

I hired a "big firm" for my car accident case but they never returned my calls or kept me posted about my case so I fired them and went to Mr. Gama. He always made time to talk with me and we really stuck it to the insurance company in the end. If I ever get hurt again I know who I'm calling.

This law firm does not respond to direct questions relating to your case and available actions to take. They charged nearly 4 times the amount of a standard court filing fee which is by law unethical. I specifically asked them to include evidence in my motion in which they reassured me it was not necessary, in turn my motion was denied citing failure to provide the exact documentation that I requested in my intake with them. Patrick Barkman is gravely condescending and did not even care to address me with the correct spelling of my name. They charge you for the Paralegal to have a weekly meeting to strategize next steps and then when you ask for notes of those sessions they go silent or when a motion is denied they say they need to discuss next steps. So why are they charging for weekly case reviews/next steps? Their firm lost a payment I made of more than $3k and threatened to withdraw from my case. I called their billing department several times asking for Sara Thorp, never got a call back. Their practices are unethical, their communication is nonexistent or full of verbal acrobatics to avoid fulfilling specific requests or answering questions. Don't trust these people whatsoever.

Our case took a very long time to settle. I'm sure it's because of how much effort our lawyer put into this case, and he came through for us in a big way. We got a Very Fair settlement and despite it taking a long time to settle, we would use them again if we ever needed an accident lawyer again.

Steve Zapiler won a big personal injury case for a friend of mine, and the experience was surprisingly pleasant, even before the fantastic final result. I personally have always hated lawyers, my experiences having been mostly with ones of the preppy stuck-up type who come across as stiff and fake in front of a jury. Mr. Zapiler is surprisingly down-to-earth, and I think juries like him because he's "real," if you know what I mean. It was like he got to the real "truth" of the case and everybody could see it.
It was great to watch - I felt like cheering and clapping sometimes, it was just so cool how the truth kept popping out and the lawyers on the other side kept frantically trying to keep the truth from popping out. LOL, it looked like they were playing Whack-a-mole and they weren't very good at it. :-)
Um, what else to mention? Everyone who works in his office was super-nice and did a great job keeping everything organized. His wife was super-nice, too, we got to meet her when she was in the office, and it gave me a good feeling about the case even before we got to the trial and won.
