I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I decided to engage a lawyer after my negative initial experience talking to a claim representative. Best move I made. The service that Mrs. Norah-Davis gave me on my case was great. After being in a car accident where I was hit from behind at a very high speed, I had incurred lower back pain due to the impact. Mrs. Norah-Davis dealt with the insurance companies and made sure none of the medical expenses were paid for out of pocket since I was not at fault for this accident. All of my physical therapy sessions were paid through my settlement as well as receiving a settlement check to compensate for the pain I endured well after the accident occurred. Mrs. Norah-Davis was very knowledgable and able to explain the process to me in terms I could understand and made sure I knew every step she was taking to get my case settled.

We did not know Linda at all when we were in need of a new lawyer and she was a referral from our current lawyer Penny White. Linda helped us in our time of need getting custody of our granddaughter.
Linda was very helpful and had great knowledge on how to approach the judge. When all was said and done, Linda had us in and out of court victorious and quick. I would refer Linda to anyone as she is very good at what she does and has a world of knowledge.

Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. I specifically tried to avoid the super gimmicky firms that are overworked and make false promises. What I received with Denena and Points was personal, quality care and guidance from start to finish. I rarely heard from Tony’s legal assistants. Tony himself made sure he was available to me to answer any questions or concerns about my case, as well as any medical care for me and my daughter. My case is actually a Federal employment discrimination case and he has handled my case when others dropped the ball and the errors they made are so great that it caused me significant harm While not engage in an accident case he is handling my case none the less. There is no choice more difficult than deciding to fight the government or an insurance company for that matter because their pockets run deep and they know for the most part you are alone. I can assure you with Stephen you are certainly not alone. You will be amazed how quickly you will lose friends and how vicious a government attorney can be and they will lie, fabricate, distract, delay. and attack. They will use what you thought are friends against you and they will certainly tamper with witnesses. I know because I have experienced it all. As a disabled Veteran I can tell you that I never thought a Government I had given 32 years of my life too would have so viciously destroyed my life simply for asking to change a day off to attend a veterans support group meeting. I will not post any negative comments about the law firm that did me so wrong because Karma will certainly take care of that. I have nearly lost everything and was on the raggedy edge to many time to count since being separated in April 2017. It took me sometime to figure out how to post a comment because he didn't solicit this. But if he fights with 25% of the zeal he has given me when everyone else abandoned me, you will get restored as much as is possible.
If not for Stephen I don't know where I would be and it was not only his faith in the law BUT his Obvious faith In G-d.
No matter the outcome I am confident he will leave me in the best situation he can. Because even though fired for my service connected disability which did not adversely affect my performance (Perfect service record) Both the VA and Social security denied me an increase in my benefits ignoring that I had lost a job because of a service connected disability and Social Security denied disability because they said I was qualified to transfer departments BUT when your terminating agency refuses to transfer you there is nothing you can do.
If Stephen has stuck with me directly and indirectly over the course of 6 years. I can assure you you will not be abandoned.

My personal opinion and experience with consulting with Garza & Associates is not a good experience. The consultation fee is $100, and the consultation may or may not be directly with an actual immigration attorney. In my case I was not given the option to reschedule, and I did not speak to Martha Garza or any actual immigration attorney. In addition, the individual who assisted me was not up to date with the laws and informed me that I would receive a call to confirm if I may be eligible to obtain a legal status. The person who assisted me said she "discussed" my situation with the attorney at the office and that the attorney wasn't too sure about my situation either. Finally, I do not recommend this law firm, and I honestly suggest doing better research for an immigration attorney who can provide conclusive options and/or answer for your type of case during your consultation.
