My brand new car was totaled after an underinsured driver ran a red light. I was unsure if I would even need a lawyer because my insurance seemed to be really helpful at first. I called Tony Denena anyway and he gave me some sound advice on next steps regardless of if I sought legal help or not. I was thankful for that, being that this was the first accident I was ever involved in. Sure enough, I ended up needing legal representation and medical care. Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. I specifically tried to avoid the super gimmicky firms that are overworked and make false promises. What I received with Denena and Points was personal, quality care and guidance from start to finish. I rarely heard from Tony’s legal assistants. Tony himself made sure he was available to me to answer any questions or concerns about my case, as well as any medical care for me and my daughter. This experience was traumatizing, but I’m thankful that I made the right choice in going with Tony. He’s on speed dial if God forbid I ever need him again. They were working on my case. Didnt hear from them for a while. I called 3 separate times and i didnt get any answers. I called again today just to be told the other driver didnt have insurance and they cant continue my case so theyll be closing it. And im on the hook for the doctor/physical therapy bills. Would probably be less if i didnt go to the last couple of appointments but they didnt let me know anything and kept me in the dark. If i coule give 0 starts i would. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. WORST CASE LAWYERS I EVER WENT WITH!

The service that Mrs. Norah-Davis gave me on my case was great. After being in a car accident where I was hit from behind at a very high speed, I had incurred lower back pain due to the impact. Mrs. Norah-Davis dealt with the insurance companies and made sure none of the medical expenses were paid for out of pocket since I was not at fault for this accident. All of my physical therapy sessions were paid through my settlement as well as receiving a settlement check to compensate for the pain I endured well after the accident occurred. Mrs. Norah-Davis was very knowledgable and able to explain the process to me in terms I could understand and made sure I knew every step she was taking to get my case settled.

We did not know Linda at all when we were in need of a new lawyer and she was a referral from our current lawyer Penny White. Linda helped us in our time of need getting custody of our granddaughter.
