When an unscrupulous debt collector affixed a garnishment to a long-discharged debt, Mark immediately implement the solution to shut the collectors down. He was fast, effecient and incredibly powerful. One letter from him sent them packing. Mark was my attorney of record for the bankruptcy that allowed me and my wife to reassemble our lives; lives he continued to protect many years later. I don't even know where to begin. It's now been a little over a year since my husband and I made the call to Hallaq Law. It was the BEST decision we made and a huge burden was lifted! It was the end of 2022 and we were in so much debt after going from a 2 income household to 1 due to the pandemic. This guy is the best accident lawyer I have dealt with hands down. My case was denied by insurance. We went from a full denial to a six figure settlement. He fought every step of the way. Defense lawyer was the biggest jerk I’ve ever seen in my life. Parham didn’t give in one bit. He wrote a demand and gave insurance 10 days to respond. I hired Dax Jones for a rear collision incident after realizing my injuries were more severe than previously thought. Dax had superb communication, getting back to me about questions, updates, or anything concerning my auto collision case within 12 hours every time. I found Kristine after having some issues with an attorney I'd hired for my personal injury case, and I desperately wish I had gone to her to begin with! I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of.
I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

Mr. Quick was kind enough to spend ten minutes to advise me on a legal matter I had regarding a collision and insurance problem that did not ultimately require legal assistance but did need some brief guidance. I contacted Matt Quick after my first lawyer failed several times to respond to my inquiries. From the first day we spoke, until the case was completed, Mr. Quick was responsive, sympathetic and extremely professional. I was referred to Elizabeth by one of my healthcare providers, and while I was scared to reach out at first - it was the best decision I ever made. Elizabeth supported me through 3 years of physical therapy and doctors appointments. She was patient, communicative, and an amazing negotiator. She did all the work I would have never known how to do - collecting medical bills, deferring payments, working with my insurance, and advocating fr me with the car insurance companies.
