I was rear ended in an accident by a vehicle that had no valid insurance and Mr. Bergman came highly recommended by a friend who was a prior client. This was not my first rodeo being in a motor vehicle accident my first experience being injured and represented. Mr. Bergman and his team were so helpful in explaining my rights, referring me to great doctors, and answering any questions I had along the way during my case. Thanks to the great medical team that was recommend by Mr. B I was lucky to fully recover from my injuries and get a great settlement from the insurance company at the end of my case. I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries. I was recommend to Scott because he has represented my family members and immediately he referred me to the best network of doctors that he works with to take care of me. I ended up having surgery to fix my right knee and if it wasn’t for Mr. Bergman and the doctors advocating for my care and case, I wouldn’t have received the settlement I got. Allstate was putting up a HUGE fight not wanting to settle my case without reviewing all my documents even though I had a case worth greater than the limits of their policy. Mr. Bergman put Allstate in their place and got every penny available that was on the table. The money that I have gained from this experience is blood money and doesn’t begin to cover the pain and suffering that my family and I have suffered but it does help reset for lost time. I want to also share a story about my best friend that died a year and half prior to my accident, who got t-boned, said he was fine, and then the following day died because he had a hemorrhage in his brain. Please, whoever is reading this, if you have been in even the smallest of accidents, GET CHECKED OUT BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, you never know. I got t-boned one morning on my way to work when someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and I found myself being a victim of a car accident for the second time, my first experience I took no action, and I do regret that. I was not sure what to do but Mr. Bergman educated me on everything when it came to the claims process and healing after being injured in a car accident. I found Mr. Bergman on Avvo as I have found many attorneys using that platform and I couldn’t stop reading his marvelous reviews. In early 2020 I contacted Mr. Kelly to handle 2 cases - one nursing home and one hospital. He was honest in his assessments of my case, kept me up to date throughout the entire process, explained both the pros and cons of offers, and as my cases are now completed, I would absolutely hire him again should the need arise. Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. Here is a fact: My family lost our loved one far too early because of a contracted illness. Another fact is that before our loved one left us, he asked Dan to tell his story so others wouldn't have to suffer in vain. West did very little to help my case and then spontaneously quit representing me without helping me find another attorney, which is a breach of legal ethics. In my opinion, West is not trustworthy or competent. In the end, he refused to return the fees.

No matter which side you are on you will be much better off hiring a different lawyer...and I mean any different lawyer.
I am not a petty person and have actually never filed an on-line review, but the actions Mr. Binstock definitely demand that people notice.
An adult family member with a history of mental disorders and a criminal background hired Paley, Rothman and was essentially robbed right out in the open. It wasn't bad enough that Mr. Binstock double & triple-billed her, but was so brazen as to even give her the bill showing her how she double & triple-billed her. He scheduled several unnecessary hearings in an attempt to pad his bill. He often used extremely unprofessional language in his documents including an unbelievable amount of typos and misspellings. Even reprimands from the judge and having his client lose the majority of the estate in legal penalties did not stop him from getting rich off a client that was in over her head. I could go on and on but hopefully you get the point. We have filed motions with the bar against Mr. Binstock and the firm, but so far have had no progress getting our families money back yet.
Mr. Binstock is well past retirement age so it looks like his is just trying to pad his pockets for retirement.
Again, while it may appear that I am being dramatic the truth is I haven't even scratched the surface. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away...you have been warned.
