Absolutely incredible experience with this firm. From the first moment I spoke to the receptionist to the final day of wrapping everything up, they brought ease and care to the entire process. I felt like I was part of the family and they cared for me beyond measure. It was about so much more than the actual litigation…they went above and beyond the call of duty and handled something that wasn’t even part of my case. One Friday night when time was of the essence, I was given someone’s cell number so that I could reach out over the weekend. On top of everything else, my insurance wouldn’t agree to finish fixing my car, and Mike and Alan took care of it all. Here I am calling from a playground crying and they reassured me that my kids would be in a safe car soon…this isn’t even something that they have to handle but they did. It was like calling my brother to help me out.
They took a really awful life experience and brought so much comfort throughout the process. Their level of expertise in their field was incredible…while I mostly worked with Mike, every single person was at one point involved. Mike Finegan represented me through two car accidents that occurred, where the cases overlapped each other. In 2019 I was left with permanent injuries, and a totaled vehicle. Mr. Finegan and his team helped me through every step of the process. Funds for a vehicle were recovered expeditiously. Unfortunately, this was at a time where I was just starting trade school which is full time hours, while working a job. It greatly affected my ability to work in two physically demanding environments. Fast forward, I had to move back to my hometown due to Covid-19, and his team made sure I was able to receive care as everything re-opened. Due to the nature of trade school, when you miss hours/make up hours this can accrue an additional expense. Upon graduating he helped me navigate this with school admin, and I was able to work out an exemption. As this case was coming to a close I was in another car accident. Once again, a totaled vehicle, and worsening symptoms, this time at the start of my career. Mike was very realistic with what to expect since this was a 2nd accident. Navigating 2 car accidents and treatment for pain (especially in your early 20’s) is not for the faint of heart, but Mike and his team truly put my mind at ease. They answered every question I had, were thorough about every step of the process, and made sure I was confident with every decision I had to make. I felt that I received the care you would get if you were a family member. The last 5 years of my life were incredibly challenging, but I am beyond thankful for the care I received working with Mike and his team. I am happy with the result of how both cases ended, and would recommend anyone going through a personal injury case to choose MIke.

I have been a client of Mr. Curry's and known him for over 30 years. He is not only the best attorney I have ever used but his firm has specialists in every area of law. They literally are a one stop shop of any legal issue you may have.
As for his qualifications they are far greater than he shows on his website. He has given so much back to the community. He is consistently involved in philanthropy, local events and one of the best in the community at giving back! Mr. Curry is able to do these things because of the trust of his community and the results of his team!
When Mr. Curry says to “know your rights” he does know them. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law. Keeps himself up to date on new laws and I can assure you that he has the biggest heart of any man. I just would not want to be opposing counsel sitting across the conference table or in a trial. I have witnessed this firsthand and I wouldn’t use anyone but the Curry Law Group. He is not only a trial lawyer, but also has appeared before the Supreme Court.

Ryan Reed is a diamond in the rough. I bet he won't be for long. He took all of my worry upon himself, and did so until we got what we deserved. If I happen to be in another accident - knock on wood - I will know exactly who I am calling immediately. I cannot imagine this much tenacity among many attorneys, and his presentation is soothing, as everything makes sense. I really can't say enough good things about Bob and his staff. Creating a will is not something we like to talk about. It's kind of a downer. However, it is something everyone MUST do. I am so glad we sat down with Lourdes to work out the details of our future. I went through a hard time with a serious addiction that caused me to do things I would never have done if sober, things that could have cost me things I worked hard for (college degree, career, family). Ellis represented me and was there thru the entire process. Before my arrest, during my time in jail, and after my release while fighting my case. He communicated with my family while I was incarcerated and was never hard to get ahold of to get updates or info. If he couldn’t answer a call he made sure to call back soon. He has great relationships with Judges and State Attorneys throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas County (as I had charges in both counties) and was able to keep me out of prison and get me help instead (even though I scored out for almost 7 - yes, SEVEN years in prison! I can’t say enough good things about Ellis. Thanks to him I was able to get help, return to my family and young daughter a happy, healthy person with a job I love and recently bought my first house. I sincerely believe I wouldn’t be here today without Ellis’s help. He’s been doing this for so long, and is so knowledgeable about the law and what to expect, and how to navigate the most desirable outcome. Without a doubt I would recommend him 1,000 times over. Ellis has defended both myself, and my Son against serious Criminal Charges with excellent results.
I have suggested him to defend other people I know against Domestic Violence alegations, as well as DUI charges.
All were very pleased with the excellent criminal defense provided by him.
His fees are reasonable for the quality of Legal Representation he provides.

We ended up settling my case and my main deterrent for moving to trial was how ill prepared Mr. Reed was when we arrived at the deposition. I feel like he was not ready because he had to keep calling his secretary to ask her things and he did not tell me this was where I had to make a decision about an offers versus trial. The film of my accident WAS NEVER obtained by him and appeared altered by the opposition. When I was hesitant about settling, he was arrogant and somewhat abusive. A definite attitude. I feel like he was working for the opposing council, not me. Poor communicator and not very talented.

Don't try to be a nice person on day 1. Call an attorney and make that attorney Daniel King. And then practice patience. If you think your going to suddenly become wealthy overnight, you will not. If you let Dan work for you if you really listen to the process and what realistic expectations will unfold. Then Attorney King will do his damnest to succeed and put you at ease. If was one of the smartest decisions I made, he talks to you,not through you. His team Cinda and Kim kept me informed calmed me down at times and let Dan do his thing. It was long and I needed to practice patience more then a few times, but in the end I was able to move on with my life with the realization of what Dan presented to me and the immense success he delivered in my lawsuit. More Attorneys need to follow in his footsteps.

He scheduled an appointment for a consultation and then did not show up or call. Did not even have the courtesy to respond to inquiry about what happened, --- was the consultation cancelled or rescheduled? Instead, I was told that he was going to call back but again, he did not call or respond. Left sitting there stranded, wasting my time waiting. Rude and disrespectful of other people's time. At least I discovered this before signing a $5K contract. I cannot imagine the harm that he would have done. He's the type of attorney that gives the entire profession a bad name, embodying all the negative stereotypes and epitomizing all the jokes about attorneys. As Shakespeare said, many a truth is said in jest. My recommendation: Try to find an honest, principled attorney, if one even exists. Mr. Brice Zoecklein cannot even honor his own promise or respect another's time.

He failed on all levels 1. Lost paperwork had to resend twice 2. Didn’t listen to me 3. Never replied to my phone calls and never any updates and then had the nerve to call me a liar when I left my honest reviews 4. Told me that it doesn’t cost much to send a letter out and then I got a quote of 10,000. The best judgement is going to be Gods judgement and nobody is going to get away and I won’t be led to continuing supporting dishonest lawyers. One of there workers told me that people rather pay lawyers money when this was coming out of my pocket!! Someone who is disabled! Worst lawyers ever!!!

I hired this attorney for a difficult probate case in Florida, whereas I am out of state. I gave him all relevant information about the case in my initial call, yet he later claimed he had no idea about these very important basic facts. This caused all assets to be seized by elder abusers who had already begun their grift, and led to the loss of my entire inheritance, not to mention the further desecration of my loved one's memory. Very shocked to see reviews mentioning this attorney as "aggressive", as he was the opposite, quite impotent, in my case, and in the end withdrew from the case without even telling me, leaving me utterly flummoxed as to what to do. I guess the elder abusers now get to win, and I get left without legal representation.

I hired Attorney Daniel Pilka to represent me in a lawsuit filed against me for HOA Attorney fees. I told Attorney Pilka since day 1, that I have limited resources, as a homeowner. Each month, Mr. Pilka send me billings that show excessive phone calls, that he says he made to the Plaintiff and the other defendant's attorneys. Mind you there was practically no activity on the case for the entire year I retained his services. I send him emails telling not to waste my resources on phone calls. In frustration, I terminated his services after I exhausted $4300+ and he informed me that he couldn't guarantee me a win unless I pay him more resourses$$. As it turns out, after I terminated Attorney Pilka, he sent me an email advising me that during his Motion to terminate as my Attorney, the judge advised that I was not at fault, and did not owe the Plaintiff any attorney fees as they claimed. Attorney Pilka is very knowledgeable in HOA matters, but I wouldn't recommend him to individual homeowners who have limited resources, as his billings are extremely high, he would be a better fit with a Community Association.

We were never asked before amended complaints were filed, appeals filed. All very costly for us the clients.
Worse than that Mr. Pilka neglected to use any Statutes or case law in his pleadings, hus giving the judge nothing to go on but rumor and heresay.
