I had no idea what would become of the lawsuit I filed but I am excited to have put all my trust in Mr. Ferrante! In a case that could have taken much longer as expected, he got me a settlement which I am extremely happy about all in a short year and a half. Earlier this year I fell on hard time in terms of debt, I was trying to pay it off and refused to give up. Unfortunately due to personal issues I started to accrue more debt that I could not longer handle. My friend recommended Michael for a consultation and to look at my options. I was scared because I always had a good credit score now I was way over my head and my credit started to drop. I finally called Michael for a consultation, speaking briefly to him I did retain for Chap 9 Bankruptcy. I was overwhelmed with questions on top of questions where I did not know how to start. Only response I got from Michael was, it's ok I got you covered, I will send you some stuff and we will go step by step from there. Everything else was a breeze, If I ever had questions Michael would answer almost immediately, if he did not answer me, he would call me back or text me answering any question that I had for him in a timely fashion. I know Norm from the gym we train at together, and he's a vivacious, tough as nails sparring partner. I imagine he must be the same way in his work. I called him one time to ask for legal advice regarding another friend. The advice was outside of his normal field (employment and contact stuff), so he said give me a little while. A few hours later he called me with a ton of information that helped immensely. I was shocked, since previous legal aid whose expertise was contact law didn't provide some of the information norm gave me in a few hours. 10/10 I would recommend him to anybody for anything.

Let's face it. There are more lawyers in New York City than you can shake a stick at, but nine times out of ten you will meet attorneys who are disinterested, inept, burned out or simply looking for a way to make a quick buck. Mr. Levitsky is not one of them. In fact, he is not your typical Personal Injury attorney. He prides himself on achieving best results possible for his clients and does not give up if he is offered a settlement. He makes sure that his clients are satisfied and tends to do things that some "old timers" are not capable of doing. I highly recommend working with Mark Bratkovsky and his team. We were first-time home buyers in NYC and Mark helped us through the legal aspects of purchasing a condominium in Brooklyn.
Throughout the process, it was clear he is experienced and knowledgeable as he communicated each legal step to us. We didn't know much about real estate, yet he was helpful and patient no matter how small our questions were. It really made a difference having him on our side.
