After being denied by the big dawgs because my case wasn’t profitable enough to be important to them, this law firm swooped in and was there for me every step of the way at any time of day to answer all questions. They aggressively pursued getting me all the help I needed and were relentless with negotiations getting me the best return possible. With me being active duty they were extremely helpful being able to talk to me at all hours of the night and via email when required. I wouldn’t use another lawyer after my experience with these guys!

Alone, confused, and scared! That’s how I felt before walking in and meeting Brad and Jessie. Between the two of them, they took me by the hand and assured me that everything would be ok. And you know…It was!!! I immediately was made to feel like a part of their family. When I felt like given in, or worse, giving up, they wouldn’t allow it. Our son had an accident after his first week of driving on his own. The person he pulled out in front of was injured and both vehicles were damaged beyond repair. We were suddenly served legal documents and were being sued. Mr. Scott was the attorney for our insurance company. We had never been involved in an accident or a lawsuit and didn't know what to expect. His legal expertise and knowledge resulted in the plaintiff settling for what our insurance covered. Lesley Dinoff was an excellent lawyer for me in every way. When no other lawyer in town wanted to fight for me in my divorce, she did it willingly and very effectively. Mr. Sowerby was hired by me in 2016. I chose him because he answered my call right away and upon meeting him at his office he was very specific as to what could happen in my case. We were set to go before the judge in 30 days after he filed the order. He did such an amazing job representing me and I won the case. My child was hit by a car while he was crossing the street in a school zone. The reckless driver’s insurance company completely denied my child’s serious injury motor vehicle accident claim, laying blame on my son. I brought the matter to Mr. Dow and he looked at it from an entirely different angle and articulated that position to the insurance company in undeniable terms. The insurance company buckled and paid nearly $100,000 even though they almost had me convinced my son was at fault when he was hit by a car. I was injured in a tractor-trailer wreck in Brunswick, Georgia while I was visiting from out of state. When I returned home to Florida, I called a large Florida law firm to try to handle my Glynn County, Georgia case. This was a mistake. The Florida attorneys could not get my case settled for a fair amount. Fortunately, the Florida firm contacted Mr. Dow to file a lawsuit on my behalf and he agreed to help. Once the case was filed and the trucking company started working against The Dow Firm, P.C., they saw what they were up against and started to talk about legitimate settlement numbers. In the end, Mr. Dow secured a litigated settlement for me which was double what I would have accepted. And it was way more than the Florida law firm had advised me to take. I suspected my husband died as a result of medical malpractice. I was referred to The Dow Firm, P.C. by another attorney who does not handle these types of wrongful death cases. Mr. Dow and his staff of experts (nurses and doctors) evaluated the situation and found that my husband had been victimized, but not as I originally suspected. The cause of my husband’s death was found in some obscure medical record entries which revealed an entirely different situation than the doctors had shared with me. Mr. Dow’s law firm’s investigative work was exceptional and I am so lucky I hired them. After we filed suit the doctor indicated he wanted to settle my case, but he and his insurance company tried to pay less than a reasonable amount. J. refused their offer and pressed on. Mr. Tucker gave me a false sense of hope that he could handle my case. I had video of my 1st,4th,and 5th amendment rights being violated and he didn't even look at the video. When my wife called him he told her he would have me out of jail where I never should have been when we had a motion to suppress hearing in a few weeks . He wasn't ready so it was postponed for another 2 months and he wasn't ready again. Then finally after being locked up for 11 months we had the hearing and he said there was nothing he could do . He plain and simply sold me out. No question about it. I finally had to cut a deal myself with the day while he stood there talking with the judge like they were bff's and later did the same with the da. He took my mom money and my wife's money and they were both struggling to make ends meet at the time and he did absolutely nothing. He's very moody and if he don't know u or someone who does u better get a boat paddle bc he will sell u down the river. I even told him that the police and the DA were lying and I had proof but he said it wouldnt help me. I finally showed the parole board my case and they in turn sent me straight to a work place to make money and shortly after released me. He never even offered to refund my people's money. I hope if u have a criminal case and don't have much money u leave this guy alone. I hope u listen. Thiggpin out of waycross helped me get my case be gone. Call him if u want a lawer
