If you want to see yourself or love one spend all there life in jail go ahead and contract them worst lawyers gave them 20,000 and just went to trash gave my family member 60 years wow what a deal they got him they would get mad all the time we would tell them to get evidence to get a investigator and always getting mad daughter said when she lost to the jury that she didn’t like getting cases like that but yes at first they would say they would win and when we would pay the rest of the money so if you want to spend the rest of your life in prison go ahead and hire them

Rober is the best personal injury I ever know, got a car accident last year was very angry and frustrated , however , with his help, he is super responsive and professional that makes me feel confident to have him handle my case and makes me release! Without hesitation, my opinion is that my grandson and family were hugely fortunate that The Heller Law Firm represented us in what turned out to be a very complicated case of medical negligence. My joy and excitement only moments before the birth of my first grandchild turned into panic and desperation while hospital staff attempted to resuscitate him. The medical and physically disabling consequences of my grandson’s brain injury due to an unfortunate and unnecessary traumatic birth slowly emerged over the next couple of years. For me, it was a personal struggle to both acknowledge and confront the obvious permanent disabilities that my little grandson would be challenged with at such a young age and for the rest of his life. Moreover, the notion of pursuing a complicated and likely long legal battle of medical negligence against healthcare providers was not something I was eager to pursue and nor was I optimistic that we would have good results. However, we were highly encouraged to seek personal injury legal advice from Stephen Heller and his daughter, Shayne Heller LaChapelle. At our first meeting with Mr. Heller, Ms. LaChapelle and their support staff, we were reassured that the forthcoming legal process would be managed professionally and would move along as easy and efficiently as possible. Most important and comforting for me was the ease of communicating with Mr. Heller, Ms. LaChapelle and the support staff specifically assigned to us for the entire duration of our case. They are always only an email or telephone call away and any of our concerns or telephone calls received a quick and courteous reply. He represented me in a divorce and failed at everything we attempted to do. He failed to tell me about a discovery request for 3 weeks, by which time I had no time to comply, which caused a great deal of trouble and delay. He got confused in court and trailed off mumbling in the middle of his argument. The briefs he filed were incredibly amateurish. I had to fire him after 8 weeks of failure.

While Mr. Schwartz is primarily a criminal defense lawyer and does a lot of personal injury cases, we asked him to take on a Family Law Case regarding child custody. This evolved into a false accusation against our family member of child abuse. Mr. Schwartz handled this with caring and expertise. He immediately got involved and through his involvement and his knowledge of criminal law and procedure, the charges were dropped. I highly recommend Mr. Schwartz in every way. Gary was referred to me by a friend. Unfortunately, he did not work out. He was handling two cases of mine on a contingency in which I was the plaintiff, an auto accident and an assault case. He mishandled both cases and I fired him. My assault case was almost dismissed because Mr. Eisenberg failed to file the proper paperwork in time. The second attorney I found to handle my cases, had to go in front of a judge and argue to keep my assault case open and not let it be dismissed. My second attorney was successful in his efforts. I would not recommend Mr. Eisenberg.

I can't describe in words because words are not good enough for him. He's not just a lawyer, he's a person who treats people like they are the only person he's helping. Lawyers may have a bad reputation but Gary Eisenberg breaks the mold. You don't know what kind of service you're getting with a lawyer you don't know but I took that chance years ago with a dog bite case and won. Exceptional service that far surpasses all others. A couple of years ago I needed his service again for a car accident and won. Winning wasn't the only thing that impressed me. Gary remembered me from years earlier in the dog bite case. I've referred him to family members and friends and Gary impressed them all.

IF I COILD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I have dealt with many law firms but this is probably the absolute most unprofessional and one of the worst law firms I’ve had to deal with. I was referred to this law firm by my wife. I had some collection matter and the main attorney told me that he will take care of it and in fact I had a small claims court which he said to dismiss it and he will take care of it. Now having dismiss my lawsuit and small claims over a month ago it’s been almost 6 weeks since I’ve heard from this attorney. Despite me emailing him and voicing my concern and frustration For not hearing from him he has not bothered to call me back. Save your $ amd time and go somewhere

Mr. Margolin was given the task of defending me on a civil
matter. He was unprepared throughout all of court appearance and had no
strategy in hand for the Judge. Mr. Margolin and his partner covering my case
were never on the same page as to what and how to present the case. Extremely
weak in defending me against the other party. His partner misrepresented himself,
me and the fact in front of the judge because they had not prepared at least
one argument to present. The lack of
experience hit my case with lax jury instructions and their combined non strategy.
The opposing attorney now is collecting their court cost of $60K from me.
Totally inadequate defense. Not serious about details and
often mocking the opposing council for use of the technology. I would spend
more time finding better attorney who is experienced and won’t use you as an
experiment so they can gain some expertise at your cost.
He has cost me a great deal emotional stress and financial
ruins. I will be filing an official complaint with the CA bar
