My company is in another state but needed representation in NC. I researched online before deciding to go with The Doyle Law Offices and do not regret it. He made everything simple and easy for me to handle from remote and kept me in the loop throughout the case. He gave great insight during the case and I had a favorable resolution to my issue. His office staff were always pleasant to speak with and I always felt I was a priority. My case involved a few out of state entities and he was able to muddle through the muck of a multi-state issue fairly easily and did his best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. He laid out the options and costs of each but did not attempt to sway me toward the most profitable option for him. He simply provided his insights and allowed me to make the best choice for my organizations goals. 10/10 would use again if needed.

I was appointed administrator of my fathers estate having to deal with an unruly younger sibling. I went through two attorneys in my county only to find out that it is a "good ole boys club" I felt I had to get an attorney outside of my area. I contacted several and decided to give Mr. Doyle a shot. I drove two hours to meet him. He listened to what I had to say. Within a few days he contacted me and said he was willing to help me. This is the most positive feeling that I had in over two years of trying to settle the estate. The man will do exactly what he tells you he will do. I have nothing at all negative to say about my experience with attorney Doyle. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal council. If you are looking for someone that is going to work for you, he will feel you out and if he decides you are worthy of his services, he will do his very best to bring a resolution to your problem. In closing, I can honestly say this, I hope I never have to obtain the services of an attorney as long as I live, but if I do I will be giving Hank Doyle a call.

Mr. Titsworth has been a great communication link to help me through my workers compensation claim. When I call the office I am helped with the best service possible. The days that I wake up frustrated with issues it seems to be a better day after I speak with Kim or Dan. I would recommend the law office to my friends and family. Hardison Wood is truly an answer to a literal prayer. I had only been in NC for about a year and had an issue with a mechanic. He and his staff were transparent and honest as to what the best cost-effective path would be, but ultimately left the decision up to me --- and won pushed to ensure I was duly compensated Then, just recently I had a car accident and Hardison and staff once again they told me all my options, gave me pointers on how to negotiate the property damage of my claim and pushed to settle my case for double then what we initially discussed. I recently settled on an underinsured motorist case with John McCabe and Associates. They came highly recommended from Social Media. I’m so glad that I trusted the referral! My case involved an accident with a drunk driver. The crash caused an extreme flare of a rare health condition, that had previously been under control. John helped me take on one of the insurance giants, and mediate a settlement.
To say that my medical history is complex, is an understatement. John was very up front about the challenges we faced, navigating with a pre-existing condition. He thoroughly prepped me for my deposition. He also went the extra mile to become quite educated on the rare condition that I deal with. Outside of my immediate medical team, John knows more about it than most of my doctors.
I primarily worked with John, Brigitte and Gloria, but occasionally spoke with other staff members. Calls, emails, etc were quickly returned. They made sure that I understood the process, and knew exactly what to expect as the case progressed. This could be especially challenging on days that I wasn’t well, so I truly appreciated the patience and kindness that they combined with their professionalism.
In theory, I could have taken on the insurance company myself, and tried to mediate a settlement. They would have steamrolled right over me! John anticipated, addressed and countered the opposing side’s arguments, all in his opening statement. They were left with little room to contest, so quickly moved to settle. It was amazing, and I couldn’t be more thankful to John and his team, for making it happen!
