I got hit with a lawsuit by a large Credit Card company over an unpaid balance (my fault) and I hired Joseph Mezher to negotiate the amount owned down to a much more workable amount with the other law firm. Mezher Associates were great to work with and very helpful. All of the other of the attorneys I consulted wanted me to declare bankruptcy, Joseph Mezher was the only one who help me work the other law firm to avoid doing that. Very pleased with the outcome and would work with them again anytime.

I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. He is a good man and I consider him my friend. I would highly recommend Mr. Peller. He will guide you through a very difficult situation and always give the best advice and protect your interests.

I was injured in an accident @ Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) Killen Station, Rome Ohio on Apr. 19th, 2013. I suffered multiple Life changing injuries which required numerous surgeries from spinal injuries, broken ankle, torn tendons. Mr. Kime and his staff were relentless in handling of all paperwork through Workers Comp. to make sure all C-9's & Medco 14's were properly submitted in a timely manner so I could concentrate on dealing & scheduling all surgeries for needed treatment & all post operative therapies with all the Drs. I have had to deal with. At the same time Mr. Kime & staff making sure I was paid during treatment & recovery. I can't begin to thank Todd & his staff enough for all help during my time of need. I only hope & pray that no one has to go thru the events that I have had to endure, but in case of workplace injuries no matter how big or small, I Very Highly recommend the Law Office of Todd Garfield Kime in the handling of all your Workers Comp. needs! Mr. Gelwicks is not my attorney. However I was in search of a personal injury attorney. I experienced the awful "cattle call screening" that many of the larger firms do and they make very quick judgments about your case and then decide without truly understanding. Mr. Gelwicks was the first attorney on my journey who sat down with me and walked through my entire case. Although my case was not right for their firm, he provided great advise and recommendations for how I should proceed. Chris came to see me at the medical office where I was treated for my neck and head injuries. So I didn't have to drive to Downtown Cincinnati to meet with him. He consistently followed up with my doctors and was very organized in acquiring all of the information needed for my case, and following up with the insurance company. He did not waste any time!
In a world of "ambulance chasers" Chris is the exception. He was wonderfully kind and respectful. He repeatedly demonstrated a genuine concern for me.
He is very well established in the legal field and comports himself with integrity. He's a real attorney among the "ambulance chasers!"

I emailed Attorney Thurmann through AVVO on a Sunday afternoon and honestly was not expecting a response until Monday or later. He apparently felt my anxiety in the email and replied within an hour that Sunday. I received a follow-up response to a second question the following Monday. I have frankly not had good experiences with lawyers in the past. Jonathan is the exception to the rule. He worked with me on a custody case that could have been prolonged, painful and expensive. Yet his depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and strategic thinking led to an outcome that was as optimal as I could have hoped for and quickly brought to a conclusion. I had the great fortune to work with Jarrod Mohler following a very unfortunate car accident where the car I was driving was hit head on by another vehicle. There are no words to express our appreciation for Lindsay. She helped at a time when we had issues going on with both our parents.
Our Dad had dementia. It made it very difficult getting him to understand about the Medical POA, Living Will, etc...Lindsay was very patient going over everything until she knew he understood about all the documents. She also fit us in to take care of this without an appt. (what lawyer have you ever heard of would do that). Someone who has dementia you never know what the day will bring. If Lindsay hadn't been so understanding what happened next would have been unbearable.
Our father broke his hip, had surgery, went into a home and died two days before Christmas. Just 2 weeks after everything had been completed. We were able to make the right medical decisions for him, pay his bills, etc... without any additional stress.
In regards to our Mother. I had taken upon myself to get my mom on Medicaid in 2010. Not realizing that we would lose an additional 50,000. All because I wasn't informed about what documents I would need to protect my parents and future generations. I even used a regular lawyer to write my dad's will. All of which was a bad idea.
Someone I knew mentioned using an Elder Lawyer and recommended Lindsay. Which I am forever grateful for. Lindsay takes care of making sure my mom stays on Medicaid every year. She made sure we had the right Will for my dad so that when he passed. My mom wouldn't be kicked off of Medicaid.

I was given mr laux number from another law firm when I called seeking advise about a landlord eviction. MR Laux answered the phone very quickly and was very patient with me as I asked for answers to some eviction questions. Mr Laux is not like most lawyers you speak to whom wants money to even answer a question. He was very straight forward in explaining to me the answer to my questions, He was very honest in how he responded also. Before contacting Mr luax I had contacted 6 other law firms with the same question and even paid a 15.00 fee for five of them to get nothing but a simple" it all depends". Or i would be glad to represent you for a fee of 175 00 down today Nd the other 300 before court". MR Laux actually told me that I should not need a lawyer if I had the things I said I had. He Advised me to be at court early, not late not on time " early" with all my evidence printed out for judge to see. He also let me know if I was short on funds or could not afford a attorney and felt I still needed one I could call legal aid, or H.o.m.e and provided the numbers. I called Jeremiah when I got charged with my first OVI. He was very polite and actually listened to what I was going through. He did not try and sell me on why I should choose him. He asked pertinent questions and was straight forward with me telling me all possible outcomes. He told me his price and allowed me to shop around for other lawyers if I wanted without being pushy or a salesmen. I ended up going with him because he seemed genuine. I had never been through anything like this and it’s not a quick overnight process. When you are going through something like this a ton of questions pop up in your head and whether I called, emailed, or texted him with questions he always got back to me with a direct answer. Every ovi case and situation is different and outcomes may vary but I ended up getting charges reduced with no license suspension or points on my license.
