In the beginning, just wanted to bail out from hospital bills and have reasonable treatment. We where so afraid as my daughter just sponsor me as a greencard and we tried to applied for SS or any government assistance yet the charity was in process but not approved yet.
The dilema was resolved by Attorney Nick Shroter and when we had the consultation, I’m still afraid that we need to pay for a lawyer but he said it’s free. I know there’s no such free in this country. I was treated in a high end seacacus hospital, reputable doctor Gerling, Por staff physical therapy and others. In top of that I was granted by some compensation with all my sufferings and pain. I would be absolutely in good shape in less than a year but thru the help and guidance of Atty Nick Shroter and her secretary Daniela I would not be enjoying my life. I am free pain, free trauma and best of all mentally at peace in my old age 75 years old. Never ending thankfulness and appreciation to your service. The word of mouth hopefully bring more people to your office so you can help many people who aren’t capable to undergo this luxury treatment.
I advise everyone to reach to him and no doubt you will be in good hands.

I'm going to be very straightforward when I say that John Klotz has gone above and beyond and I can proudly say I am glad to have chosen him as my lawyer. I have never dealt with any type of court situations as I am not the type of individual who gets into huge circumstances like the one I've been in. I was devastated and at a loss of words in what to do and how to go about my situation without making any mistakes and paying for a lot more than I don't need to.
My boyfriend actually happened to find John on a website called Thumbtack, and I read all of the details of what John's services provided and it was definitely more than fair! I call him superman because he truly is a super human person. During my time of despair, facing a DWI conviction with potential 7 month license suspension, John came to my rescue!! I left a message on his voicemail on a Sunday morning thinking he would probably get back to me by Monday. He called me back in 10 minutes. From that moment after i explained what had happened it was all business. He listened to me for about an hour and found flaws by police instantaneously in my case. As we moved on he tirelessly gathered info for discovery, sometimes texting me at 11pm at night after a full day of work. We even shared an occasional joke to break up tension. He promised me in beginning "HE WOULD LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED" and he certainly delivered on that. My results were definitely in my favor as my DWI was dismissed. I hired Alex to represent me against a terroristic threat charge; brought by my former spouse who has routinely attempted to abuse the system in order to gain an advantage in alimony, custody and other disputes in our divorce.
Alex immediately recognized the risks which accompanied these false allegations : loss of employment, difficulty finding future employment, loss of parental rights and custody…. along with the potential of jail time and the forfeiture of my 2nd amendment rights.
Because of his deep understanding of the criminal justice system, having been a former prosecutor, he understood all of the tactics that the prosecutors would use and thwarted them at every turn. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the law e abled him to highlight serious deficiencies in the prosecutions case and through the use of established legal precedent was able to have the indictment against me dismissed prior to trial.
Suffice to say, the outcome has been what I anticipated based on the baseless allegations- but it was no sure thing. He had every opportunity to encourage me to accept a plea deal- but he didn’t. He never disappeared for kk g stretches while the process played out- keeping me informed of his efforts and soliciting my inputs.
