Carol was the first lawyer I ever hired. She was truly interested in my case and compassionate. Making the decision to divorce someone you still care about is hard enough, and not knowing what to expect compounds the situation. When I would get tearful, Carol was very support and inquired as to why I was emotional and would talk with me about why I wanted the divorce in the first place which helped me stay focused and keep my wits about me. Mr. Schmieler carefully listened to the facts during our consultation and agreed to take my case. As the case progressed, Mr. Schmieler remained steadfastly focused on the evidence and how it intersected with the law. He not only reviewed documents I provided, but also conducted his own research into previous cases regarding the situation and formulated a comprehensive perspective based on the other party’s history. His persistent and careful consideration of the entire situation reassured me that our case was solid. Although we haven’t yet finished at this point, he managed my expectations to the length of time it would take to resolve. Jonathan Scott Smith is the most professional and knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. After a few months of research, I drove almost an hour to ask him to take a case previously held by another attorney. I knew after our first meeting he was the only person that I would trust going forward. The case was capped by my coverage and full of complications. Not only did he take my case, but he also won my case! He counseled me throughout, made it very convenient, fought for me no matter what came our way, even during Covid, and stood his ground. I was consistently kept in the loop of information and prepared for deposition and settlement. He was always 10 steps ahead and prepared for everything, even the unexpected which did arise. His confidence and knowledge gave me confidence when speaking in settlement. Linda in the office is amazing! She kept me informed and answered my questions, along with making me feel better on even my worst and most painful days. I was a victim of a slip and trip accident at a prominent casino. 4 other firms turned down my case. Mr. Smith was my last chance. I am glad I made the call to him when I did. He fully explained that cases like this are a hard win, because the property has to accept liability. He took on my case and was diligent with acquiring all document from my medical providers. This was a long case held up by my very own medical providers, but Mr. Smith persevered and kept after what was needed. All of this while he experienced office staff changes, various paralegals errors combined with a strong caseload of his own. The fruit of the tree came to pass, he secured me a settlement that exceeded my minimum acceptable settlement.... SIGNIFICANTLY.. exceeded. I would recommend this firm and Johnathan Smith to anyone who feels they need a real advocate and someone who will do the work for you.

Attorney Furman offers good legal representation, as she has a plethora of experiences dealing with varying factors. We did our best to present our case, but sometimes external factors are too great to overcome, regardless, I feel that my views were articulated properly. Mr. Nalli is experienced and knows what he's doing but he lacks communication skills and doesn't communicate with his clients or their families! He will just let you sitting in jail and not keep you updated with what is going on even if nothing is going on he still should atleast contact his client a couple times a month. Especially if they have no court dates set.. I think that is very disrespectful to just leave someone sitting in jail without contacting them at all! He does put up a fight but he doesn't fight hard enough!

Sam represented me regarding two Peace Orders (which really shouldn't have been placed I'm the first place).
