The staff here were always friendly and were constantly checking in on my son & I & our healing. Every email or phone call never felt rushed or like I was taking up their time. They always answered my sometimes ridiculous questions. During any in-person meeting information was always very detailed & explained in a manner that myself & my teen understood. They really go above & beyond what many other injury attorney firms offer. The process was quick but it never felt rushed & I was always included on any decisions. Mr. Bloodworth was the best attorney ever. He helped me with a messy divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me get through a rough time. Best lawyer hands down in Conroe Tx!! At the age of 19 Got a lot of misdemeanor tickets dismissed and got a first degree felony down to a 3rd and got probation... And into my probation i picked up another felony and he got that dismissed! And was able to not get my probation revoked for it...and finally finished my probation over with and got it dismised!! I owe this man a lot im 30 now, two kids and a lovely wife! If it wasnt for him i probably would've been locked up still for my first felony!!

When I came to Jack McCormick I had no idea how to file for disability - what the process was or what to expect. All I knew was that I was mentally and physically no longer able to work. First and foremost, Mr. McCormick listened to me. In order to work as long as I did, I had downplayed and hid my disabilities for years. It was difficult to go from that to talking about everything, having to discuss every detail of my physical and mental impairments, and ask for help. I approached the law office of Owens and spoke to Britt Hall this past week, needing assistance with completing the paperwork for my final divorce decree. He was very helpful with advice, legal information regarding the filing of a pro se divorce, issues related to child custody and child support as we already had a case filed with the Office of Atty General, and gave of his time to hear my situation and assist with the need. It's a good feeling when you can sit down with a lawyer with several years of experience underneath him & he can look at your case & as long as you're giving him factual information he can give you a list of scenarios to the outcome. Not all cases are the same, although Brian Burns strives to give you the best outcome possible based on your case. "He never once told me the case would for certain be dismissed," although that was one option he mentioned as well as several other options I would be looking at. I feel like he wanted me to know that my case could go in several different directions. So he's very honest.
I provided Mr. Burns with the information he asked in order for him to present the case & he worked his magic. The case was indeed dismissed.
I highly recommend Mr. Burns, not only is he great in knowing his profession & what it takes to represent his clients, but his staff is very supportive if you have questions or need anything as well.

john Paul Hopkins and the Hopkins Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job for me. Mr. Hopkins has a tox expert (Ms. Wendy) that works for him full time. She knows all about the tox stuff and the law related to it. Between John Paul and Ms. Wendy they had every base covered and then some. I can't tell you how awesome it was to watch them in action the day they got my case dismissed. When we got to court for the hearing there were about 4-5 Grimes County SO sitting on a bench waiting to testify against me. They were SHUT DOWN and whatever the law was that John Paul and Ms. Wendy argued, when we left after the case was dismissed ALL of the Grimes Co SO were gone and none of them ever stepped foot into the courtroom. Wasn't to sure about him at first but he was willing to work with me on payments. He helped me keep custody but i think if he would have been more aggressive more could have went the way it was wanted. I didn't fully agree with everything he did but didn't really have much of a choice. Wish he would of atleast called 1 person to the stand during trial and i wish he would of listened to me on the lies i was catching the other party in. Kinda felt ignored during court.

Ok, please forgive the long post that is about to follow. Let me preface the scenario with the following statement; I hate 99.9% of lawyers who are currently practicing law or previously practiced. Without getting into too much detail, let's just say they violated my trust at an early age and therfore left a bad taste in my mouth sense. Now enters Kristy into a very stressful scenario in the small town of Liberty Texas. Because of the small nature of the town, apparently Judges don't have to be as versatile in law as in the big cities or so I suspect. Needless to say our poor attempt at Google law left us disappointed and broken, luckily this lawyer that I call a Saint stood up and spoke on our behalf with the necessary confidence and aptitude to silence assumptions from the court. After hiring her the level of empathy alongside understanding/accommodating a strict budget was both surprising and relieving. She accomplished in a month what we were unable to do so in 10 years, and did so with a transparent method that solidified our trust in her. Hopefully this will convey how pleased I am with her services, alongside an understood commitment to her as long as we are in Texas. You will not be disappointed, I promise, and please note that I don't usually write reviews as a majority of my business interactions fall short.

This Lawyer harrassed me and my daughter 14 years ago. My child who is turning 18 still has nightmare and confused about the things she saw and heard this woman do. My child is traumatized. The world needs to know about the illegal activity that took placed years ago. I even have emails from my abusive ex husband detailing the illegal activity they engaged in which isnt limited to filing forged documents, harrassing me, showing up to my residence, etc. If you all care about the legal system its time to get rid of people who are harming out children and this woman If she harmed mine Im sure there are other children and women whove went through the same or worse. Im not going to stop speaking out until I know children are safe from this person. Im going to use the same legal system she demeans and abuses to harm children to get kids lik my daughter Justice. They told my daughter she was too young to speak for herself back in 2003 now that she is 18 her voice will be heard.
