They are highly knowledgeable professionals, and a very client service focused firm. Spoke to John’s Legal Secretary about my ticket situation, gave me a price $$, sent over contract, signed it, paid. Within a couple of hours, she told me (via phone) we had a court date set. She assured me that I wouldn’t have to appear in court, but be by your phone, just in case. I received a call from John’s Legal Secretary an hour after my court date appearance, with some great news, CASE DISMISSED. John saved me $734.70 and no more WARRANT, and not to mention if I had to appear in court, I would lose a couple of hours of work.

I totally forgot about a court date in Refugio county. The court put a hold on my license and charged me with failure to appear. Due to just losing my job, I couldn't afford to fix this problem all at once. Elvia and John helped get me deferred adjudication while establishing a payment plan with the court and their firm. No other firms in the area we're willing to do that for me but I now have everything paid, my license hold removed and no ticket on my record.

My brother recently lost his leg at the scene of a horrific car accident. After consulting with another attorney who told us there was only one hundred thousand dollars available from the insurance company of the negligent driver, we hired Mr. Liles, who in just fewer than four months, recovered almost one million dollars for my brother's injuries.
During the very emotional legal process, Mr. Liles and his assistant, Ari, were very compassionate toward my brother and his family, yet aggressive in pursuing recovery from the negligent parties that were responsible for my brother’s near mortal injuries. Additionally, Mr. Liles and Ari were not hesitant to lend an open ear during the very draining legal process; when my brother just needed someone to talk to, they both went above and beyond their legal duty by being there to listen to him and give him personal advice at the drop of a hat.
We were always able to contact Mr. Liles and his staff both day and night. In fact, we had all of their personal cell phone numbers. Good law firm but I felt disregarded the second time around the attorney I spoke with was trying to figure out how I was with personal injury and I told him I was intubated while I was in recovery from stent placement I thought it was supposed to leave like within 2 days but I was there for 8 days in the hospital because I couldn't breathe after recovery from heart surgery AKA stent placement. They literally never answer their phones or sms. law must be a hobby and not a career. They represented my fiance and rarely responded to me, and then i attempted to rehire them, because they are already familiar with the case, and we need paperwork handled to lower his sentence, Ive been calling for 3 days, and still no response. Just lazy. I think ill stick to New York lawyers. I wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter, an owner of a townhome in Corpus Christi, was fighting an HOA that abused the CC&R rules to favor the board. HORRIBLE. My relative had an accident on city property a few years ago. This law firm was very interested. Went in for review and was told we had a very good case. But, once they found out the city contracted with a small company that poorly maintained city property, that was it. Received a letter in the mail stating :although we think you have a good case we are unable to represent you at this time. We encourage you to move forward with a different law firm. Not even a courtesy phone call. So, that means City equals big bucks and small contractor means small bucks. Larger profits over people. And that is the only thing the Thomas j Henry law firm really cares about. We trusted these people and they let us down. These are the last people you want to represent you. Find another reputable ,caring law firm. So don't patronize this law firm if you know what's good for you. Also, they know where they can stuff their free turkeys.

My class A Cdl driver license was suspended for 8 years. I had up to 7k in tickets every lawyer I went to was charging me 2500.00 to get my CDL back but I would still have to pay my tickets.. Don't let his mild manor fool you, put him in a court room and he will fight a relentless battle for the truth. We hired him to fight a bogus restraining order filed by my fiance's EX GIRLFRIEND to keep him from visitaions with his children. Not only did we leave the courtroom with the children but after only her testimony & cross examination the judge stopped all further testimony and met in chambers with the children, ending almost immediately with us retaining the children and the Ex owing court ordered expenses...
