If you get charged with a felony in ky you need Paul Dickman on your side. He is worth every penny he charges. He will do everything he tells you he will. He's always available to talk or text which most lawyers won't give u the time of day. Don't make a mistake and not choose Paul. I first hired another attorney for less money. I fired him after the first court date. I then called Paul and he and his team got my charges reduced to a misdemeanor.

Very pleased with the two cases he represented me on. One being a burglary 1st which he got down it to a burglary 3rd on probation. The other being a probation violation from the new charge I got which got ran concurrent with the probation from the new charge. I went from facing ten plus years to five years on probation. Also I could always get ahold of him anytime of day and on weekends.

I had an unusual and complex bankruptcy case which also involved my business and a foreclosure on my personal home by an over aggressive lender. Dan has a wealth of knowledge and combined with his attention to detail, insight and ability to plan for future events, he is unquestionably a most superior lawyer in the bankruptcy field. Dan spent all the time necessary at each event and we communicated on three separate occasions between 11 pm and midnight in order to file documents with the court “timely” in my interest. He was there for me every step of the way as I needed.
I am most grateful for the time Eric Steiden and Dan took initially to review my case and the decision they ultimately made to represent me. With the history and complexity they could have easily and safely chosen to decline. Instead, they took my case and together we formulated a plan that went like clockwork and ultimately worked out totally in my best interest.

From day one Bob Sanders was not only my lawyer but also a friend . When my husband passed away due to a wreck , Bob was very concerned about how my two boys then (14 yrs & 8) & myself were handling it. Bob was always there for me to talk , ask questions and was excellent when I needed to just vent. Going through the law suit , I had no doubt that Bob had my two boys and myself's best interest in mind . It's been since 2003 since my husband passed away and Bob still keeps in touch with us and is always there if I need advise.I always heard stories about lawyers but when I first met Mr Bob Sanders, I felt I could put my faith & trust him in this very difficult time . I have been babysitting (&raising my own) children for over 20 years! Then the unimaginable happened to me and i was brought into a families case because i was their babysitter and they were wanting to charge all caregivers because they couldnt pinpoint any 1 person.. i freaked out! I cried! I lost sleep! Etc. I didn't want this case to flow into my family and effect my children in any way and I obviously did not want to have those charge!! Very heart breaking and scary situation! So I began my search! I researched sooo many attorneys! I had to be sure I had someone who would protect my children most of all and secondly defend my innocence and keep me from being charged! I spent 2 days researching, calling and speaking with attorneys.. most sounded the same, pretty routine, very brief explanation etc. Some seemed to not even know of the type of case it was, or anything about it, even being in family law? And none of them gave me the feelings of confidence, safety and protection that i was hoping for.. this was scaring me more.. Then I spoke with Joeseph Ireland and WOW! Thats where my search ended! He was extremely knowledgeable! He was explaining exactly where things were on the paper in front of me, over the phone! Then as i was reading him the sections he had asked for, anytime I would slightly pause because there was a word that I couldn't pronounce. He would literally fill in the blank of my pause and say the word before i could even try to pronounce it?! He was very professional but knew how to speak to u as calm and caring as a life long friend! He gave me all the specifics on how the case might go, should go and could go!! As well as all possible outcomes. He knows the laws and was very spot on!! I dont know much about laws and the courts but Joeseph was great at breaking down and explaining it all in a way I could fully understand! He was very patient and listened to my every word. We were faced with the biggest fear of our lives and after calling so many attorneys for help, Joseph Ireland called me back immediately after I left a message and just like that, I knew he was the one. He represented my son in a very sensitive case. No doubt if we hadn’t had him in the court room it would have ended very differently. He is extremely responsive and knows how to prepare you and make you understand the court system (lord knows it’s a mess). The state of Ky really needs to look into how judges have no care in the cases they are hearing in Kenton County Family Court! CHILDREN’S SAFETY should be their priority but it clearly is not. Long story short no one wins in family court but we were successful at protecting our most valuable family member and we owe that all to him! We worked with Alex on getting a fresh start financially, and it was overall a good experience. I have got into the big problem and it was my first time I wanted to deal with courthouse. He was the first attorney I contacted to take care of the problem I had faced with. Although my case was the big deal and I could get into the big problem, he confidentially made me relax and ensured me he will be able of take care of it. After couple days I accidentally saw a review about him in this website which made me worried about the attorney I choosed. I have consulted with another attorney about my problem and he made me enormously nerves about the case. Although Ryan was out of town, I contacted him couple of times and he was available anytime I wanted to get some information and made me calm down and told me he knows what he is doing and he will take care of the problem. Thanks god I trusted him and he made me get ride of the big problem I had. what I can say about him is his proficiency in the area of his work and also availability to talk to his client almost every time you need him.

This is the first customer review I can see anywhere for this guy. The only review at all is from another lawyer who is probably his buddy. Ryan is not proffessional never knows a thing about the case. enjoys vacations when i don't have any idea what is going on. My family members nor I have had a clue what was going on at all for this whole case. I was pressured my family to use this lawyer. I have given chance after chance, just to be let down. I have been open and talkative to the point that he interrupts me and just startings speaking as if he is speaking with another lawyer (which i am not), open about facts from the start, i was told last week "if you had mentioned that earlier on we could've worked with that". Ryan was told and told and told about many things. I do not mean to seem slanderous but Ryan needs a new set of hearing aids and a reality check. My family and I don't speak in a profane manner, he sure does, i have found it to be very irritating and unproffessional. I feel like i could go on and on, long story short. THINK AGAIN! THEN LOOK AGAIN! I don't think the teddy bear look he portrays helps either to be honest. He has no guts, it is like Paddington is representing me! If my family would have been OK with it I have been representing myself a good while ago, since I myself cannot afford a lawyer. If you want somebody to get you a plea agreement mayyyybe worth a shot, if you have money and time and faith don't forget faith. If you want to win a trial RUN AWAY! The only time we ever met or spoke was at court, very hard to reach on HIS CELL PHONE and does not return calls or even update you. Work does not appear to be his priority, text is the only way I can reach him. Feels like I'm back in high school talking to a young girl. I hope my review will be helpful in some way.Good luck

Delana is a horrible attorney. My uncle passed away in April 2022 and my grandmother was sole beneficiary. My grandmother lives in Florida so my grandmother awarded administrator to my mother as she lived in Ohio originally at the start of case but moved to Florida. My mother found out the amount of money my uncle had and has prolonged this probate with sorry Delana hoping for my grandmother to pass. The case still isn’t closed with my grandmother being sole beneficiary. Stand clear of this incompetent attorney.
