I was recently cited for a moving violation. Being a retired police officer, I knew I had not committed the violation I was cited for, and I also knew that the side of the road was not the place to plead my innocence. I resigned myself to go to court and see if I could have the matter reduced to a non-moving violation. I am currently on chemo and had neither the time nor will, to fight it. I was referred to Ms. Badeaux and through her efforts the citation was dismissed! I highly recommend her and her firm!

Before getting on the call, they were prepared: they had reviewed all of our paperwork and was able to provide very useful advice as to what steps we should take to get our matter resolved. I had an 18 wheeler run a red light and hit me right in the drivers side of the car. Two days later I receive a letter in the mail from the guys insurance company wanting me to sign off on a settlement. I did not feel right about it and felt pressured. I contacted Grady and brought him the letter. He took care of everything. Found me a doctor that worked with both of us and anything I needed Grady took care of. He totally took on
all of the worries of dealing with the insurance company, getting me a car, finding me a doctor, etc. I would never go through anything like this without Grady ever! Michael handled a family law case for me that was hell to say the least. I tried representing myself and was also ripped off by a previous attorney. I presented my case to him with just hopes of being able to speak to my children. The opposing counsel even told Michael there was no shot at me getting my kids. The opposition had painted a false picture of me to the court. Thankfully, Mr. Capdeboscq took my case. After taking Micheals advice, my case was beginning to get easier and I was seeing my children again. Now I have my kids and I feel that none of it could have been done without Micheals help. It's very stressful when involved in a legal situation - especially when your child is involved.
