Mr. Chapman was an excellent lawyer. He helped lower my reckless driving charge and dismiss my other charge. He helped me in Jackson County. I got there a little late, but thankfully Mr. Chapman saved me and was able to talk on my behalf, and by the time I got there, everything was already said and done, and I couldn’t have asked for better results. He was also nice and professional when I spoke to him in person. I picked Mr. Chapman because his reviews were outstanding, and it seemed like his previous clients had a good experience with him, and I’m happy to say I had the same experience. I retained Mr. Crawford for a traffic citation in Dunwoody. He was quick to respond and had excellent communication with me throughout the process. Despite short notice he was able to get everything he needed together and set me at ease. In July 2019, a work accident caused a compression fracture of one of my vertebrae which essentially ended my ability to do my current job. I can't say enough about this law firm. I am so glad I didn't rely on the flashy nonsense you hear on the radio ads. I found them through Google reviews. I reached out to them after talking with one of the other law firms from the radio. The knowledge that Mrs. Castleberry shared with me as a paralegal was astounding!!! This solidified my choice. This lady was a godsend. I don't think she realizes how much she helped me to get through this ordeal. They assigned Mr. Reynolds Pitts to my case because of his expertise in the type of personal injury case I was dealing with. He applied pressure when needed and kept me informed at every turn. I hired this agency at the beginning of 2024. And today was the first time I spoke to the attorney that "handled" my case. Mr. Shannon was rude to me and told me while they were working on my case I was bugging them then stated that he no longer will help me even though for some reason my hospital bill is still outstanding. I basically paid him to do nothing. Not happy and would never refer this law firm to anyone.

I chose van Sant for my personal injury case after a car accident. I was so pleased with the service I received and the settlement I got! I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or insurance agents, ect. They took care of EVERYTHING for me so I could focus on my recovery. They really went the extra mile. I didn’t have a car because mine had been totaled in the wreck so they offered to schedule me Ubers to get to and from dr appointments. And I paid nothing out of pocket. I worked mainly with Josh. I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. Should I or anyone I know ever need legal representation, Mr. Vaughan will be the first person called.

Our situation was a very sensitive case because my minor son was injured . Mr. Leibel was so sensitive to my son's feelings. He really listened to his wants and needs. He was NOT greedy and never tried to push him into something just to get a bigger settlement . He does shoot straight from the hip and lets you know exactly where you stand. We never had to worry that things were being sugar coated. This man has a heart and really does care about the well being of his client!!! He even sat down after case was settled and told my son how proud he was of him and his come back. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I have know doubt who I would call!!! Steven answered my call right away and met with us regarding a case he qualified as hard to prove. He was candid about the length of time, the cost and the odds of a successful outcome. It was a long process taking over a year and the outcome was costly, but as he had predicted in a best case scenario. He worked well with the opposing attorneys which helped our settlement and the judge also liked his demeanor and attitude in court. I would recommend him as a litigator.
