I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. It was refreshing to have such a helpful consultation. It was not rushed, and Attorney Lyle talked with me until I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.

I have unfortunately been in 2 wrecks that were very different from each other since moving to Texas and I have used Frank everytime. I know that frank is the experience I need to guide me in the right direction. I do not know if there are enough words to show my gratitude to Springer-Lyle, Attorneys at Law. In March, 1998, my husband suffered two aneurysms at the stem of his brain. Everything in his brain was wiped cleaned. He survived but was no longer able to speak, walk, eat, drink or take care of himself again. He had been going to the doctor for about 6 to 8 weeks complaining about headaches. He was misdiagnosed. I turned to Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer for assistance in getting financial aid for my husband. They reviewed all of my husband’s health, doctor and hospital records. For the next four years, I put all my faith into the Lord’s, Frank’s and Jeff’s hands and let them do what was right for my husband. They were able to settle my case against the Health Insurance Company and doctors so that my husband would get the physical and mental care he would need for the rest of his life. Frank Lyle and Jeff Springer are most compassionate and caring men I have ever meant. They are extremely hard working and very diligent lawyers. I do not believe any other lawyers could have done better. I took care of my husband and let them do whatever they needed to do. I cannot thank them enough.

Tier 1 representation; best decision was to hire Mr. DuPuy as my attorney. My case was rather involved, being falsely accused of family violence. Devon DuPuy is honest, extremely intelligent and quick to fight for his clients. It was very apparent to me the few times we entered the courthouse that Devon's reputation speaks for itself. Devon is well respected among his peers and by the Denton County Court. Let me tell you...Devon is fierce, but fair. He is straightforward and his level of integrity is admirable. I have had the unfortunate experience of child custody modifications, multiple family court related issues all stemming from a terrible divorce and a relentless effort to alienate me from my child--even false criminal accusations that over the last seven years literally cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. When you reach out for help, especially from an attorney, you are suppose to feel safe-not taken for a ride and used as a paycheck with no real interest in an innocent child's life and the long term, life altering changes families deal with as a result from court and the rulings being made. The office was well run, answered my questions promptly. Staff either were able to talk immediately or returned calls promptly(< 1 day). I would recommend this lawyer. There is only one reason I didn't give higher trustworthy rating is when stated charges was not told beforehand additional % added to bill for using credit/debit card. Bill deducted was higher than told.
