Normally I don't do reviews but when I saw what "Marion" wrote I had to respond. I found Linda and Carol to be compassionate and responsive to my situation. They helped get my bills paid and routinely called me to see how I was doing. My settlement was more than I anticipated and I thank goodness that I had an attorney that didn't give in to the insurance company and kept fighting to see I got the money I deserved. So if that makes her money hungry, I'm happy. My lawyer should want to get the most money possible and my case was settled without going to court.

In May of 2016, I consulted with Mr. Brooks on the possibility of him representing me at a hearing specific to a security clearance investigation being adjudicated on my behalf. He was very clear on his fee and was direct on what he would provide for me as my attorney. I hired Mr. Brooks, even after consulting with an attorney who 'specialized' in the type of hearing I was to have. Mr. Brooks was extremely professional and competent in the matter telling me exactly what I needed for him to proceed possibly eliminating the need for the hearing at all. In early September of 2016, I was informed by Mr. Brooks, and by the Department of Defense, that their need for clarification on concerns they had was satisfied, and a hearing was not required. I received formal notice from the DOD cancelling the hearing. I strongly would recommend Mr. Brooks and if necessary, would use his services in this, and other legal representation matters.

I would not recommend hiring this guy. He makes a lot of empty promises and says he has a lot of connections but then cannot deliver. He funnels all communication through a third person and you will not be able to get a hold of him. He does not reply to emails and beyond the initial meet and greet where he takes your money you will not hear from him.
He did not do a single thing and the case just sat their collecting dust.

I contacted the law office through a google search after I received a letter from Pendot that my driver's license had been canceled because I fraudulently applied for it. After sending a copy of the letter to the office, William Goldman himself and his associate Brian Schuster were on the phone with my wife and I. Immediately, we knew we had made the best choice.
They pounced on the case with passion and genuine sense of urgency to have my case resolved and they explained the strategy and the step by step approach to us. We felt very confident with everything. Within 10 days, an emergency hearing was scheduled for a case that would likely take weeks to months to get a hearing date.
I thought we were going to have only Brian in court but I was surprised to see both of them. That was power representation! Most of the work was done even before the hearing with the Pendot prosecutor and I felt at peace with what I was seeing.
In conclusion, the Judge issued a letter ( supercedeas) to enable me to drive while they work to completely clear the errors that may have led to the false charges.
I can't be more grateful to the Goldman law firm. The whole experience was professional, respectful, and very communicative. He was very funny as well which helped a great deal to make us relaxed and assuring. Look no further if you need help, they're a power house with laser focus and that's what you need to face Pendot.
