After being in back to back car accidents with both cars being totaled by the negligent other party, I knew I would need an attorney that could maximize my recoveries for my injuries & pain & suffering. Kim Ruder & Adam Appel were always available to me if I had questions. They were both kind, easy to speak with & quick to respond. Hiring Pat was the best decision I could have made in my situation. I was charged with criminal trespassing/damage to property and obstruction. I was a first time offender and had made one big mistake in January of 2019. I hired Pat on the recommendation of a friend and Pat was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He always had an answer for my questions. His assistant, Teresa Scarberry, was also very helpful throughout the process. Pat was able to get me the best outcome in my case I could have hoped for with only community service and a fine. Pat is an incredible lawyer to have and I highly recommend him if you need a criminal defense lawyer.

We had a horrible situation this past winter where our teenage son was falsely accused of a crime and arrested. To make matters worse, he was charged as an adult and with a felony. Pat was able to blow the case apart (which only occurred because of a dishonest policeman) and was able to make the DA's office see the injustice of the situation. Pat told us his successful dismissal of our son's case within just days of the arrest was a record for him. We could tell that Pat was very busy and in demand yet he placed his full attention on our son's case and quickly began working aggressively to resolve it. Had this case gotten back-burnered by an inattentive or unknowledgeable attorney, it could have remained stagnant, further harming our son. His fee was very fair for the work he did and we are very happy with the results. Pat also quickly got our son's record expunged. In the future, I will be glad to recommend this attorney to anyone who needs a great defense attorney.

Hired this Guy and Staff July 2, 2020 on my accident case.. They were amazing from start to finish even setting up my 1st chiropractor visit inside my area.. I have used De'Anne on multiple occasions to help me with legal issues regarding my business. I first met her when I took out an equity line on my home. I was so impressed by her combination of professionalism and warmth that I knew I would go to her in the future for any legal needs.
When I started my business, she represented me through all aspects of the legal process. Because my business type was not currently allowed in Georgia, I ran into difficulty getting licensed by the state of Georgia. I hired and attorney who advised that I sue the state and he charged me thousands of dollars. The result was disaster and completely jeopardized any chance of success.
De"Anne stepped in and rebuilt the relationship on my behalf, resulting in the state of Georgia changing the rules allowing my company to get its license.
I rarely give five stars to people, but if I could, I would give her six.

Highly unprofessional & misleading attorney. Do not trust Kham Law if you are selling a property & they are representing the buyer. They will use anything against the seller in the best interest of their client (the buyer). I provided them everything in good faith & paid expedited fees to have HOA provide them all documents & yet they charged the seller for the HOA transfer and initiation fees, when per law it’s always the buyers responsibility. They never asked about it up front, despite being well aware an HOA is involved. When I called for clarification, Donnie hanged up on me saying “he only represents his client”. Well said & well played Kham law, choosing to remain silent so you could use this in favor of your client. Donnie is very unprofessional and Kham Law will rip you off where they can for a matter of pennies/dollars.

If I could get them a 0 I would , they just took my 392 and dint help me out , to make this short my total debt was around 33k couldt not file for chapter 7 so they said 13 , but wanted me to pay 930 a month for 5 years to a total of 55,800 ??? And couldn’t not stop a 9000 garnishment ???
