I met with several defense attorneys from an online search after being charged with a DUI, all of which were qualified and personable. I am overjoyed with the service and results I received and continue to receive from Cunnane Law. Joe Cunnane helped me through the car accident/injury process. I was injured in a rear end accident where I was the passenger, and the insurance company wasn’t taking me or my injuries seriously. The insurance company kept trying to push me to settle, and I was still treating. After a friend recommended I talk to Ahmad, I called him and I’m so glad I did! Ahmad got right to work and let me focus on getting better and he walked me through every thing, step by step and he always was quick to respond and answer my questions. Professional and responsibal interaction, Ahmad got me a recovery that was 12 times more than the insurance company had initially offered me! I’m so glad I hired Ahmad. I contacted Ahmad with some questions about a scenario, assuming I would likely need to hire a lawyer for an issue that would require much attention. I was in a bicycle accident in Seattle. The road had a sand patch in the bike path. The city and the construction company tried to wear us down by dragging things out but Pino stuck with me through thick and thin. We ended up getting a better settlement than I expected. When I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, Pellegrino was incredibly helpful getting a resolution with an opposing insurance company. Because I did not have insurance on my small motor scooter, the other driver's insurance company tried to claim I was responsible for the accident. Pino agreed with my take on it, and fought hard to get them to take responsibility. Through negotiations, he was able to get exactly what I wanted, my vehicle to be repaired and my missed work compensated. I couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend his services to anyone involved in a similar incident.

Mercedes was amazing! It wasn’t a week before the person that hit me had the insurance adjuster out to my work to offer me money. I hadn’t even received treatment, all I wanted to do was feel better and be well. Unfortunately it took two years to get back to somewhat normal. With such a busy job, she took care of everything, requested all the necessary medical records, filed the right documents, I didn’t have to do a thing. Even after we settled on the amount, she was able to negotiate more with my PIP. When she sent me the email, my only comment was that’s great, it wasn’t expected. Hopefully I won’t go through this again, but if I do, I’ll hire her again.

Joe was brought on to my case about 6 months before trial by another attorney I hired. He took the lead of the trial process and worked harder than I thought possible to help me. After contacting Mr Pipinich, we met to talk about my case. I was not sure where to go with my case and I was at least hoping he could point me in the right direction if he could not help me. After going over my paperwork, Joe seemed perturbed. He too was upset at the Ex employer that was trying to rip me off! Joe told me that i had an Excellent case and that he would need to make a couple inquiries and get back to me. A couple days later Joe called and asked to meet. he presented the paperwork that he was ready to have served and gave me some options.I was really impressed by the way Joe explained everything so that I could understand. we chose a path and Joe had the paperwork served. I got nervous when the ex employer retained one of the largest Law offices in Seattle. Joe was so confident,and that made me more confident. their offers started at "ridiculous" then got better. eventually we did settle without going to court.I recieved way more than I was originally owed. Joe Pipinich did an amazing job helping our family through a trying time. About 4 years ago our dog was attacked by two pit bulls that broke through our gate and shattered our border collies front leg. When the owners refused to help with costs and turned it over to their insurance company who placed a value on our dog of only $1000 we contacted Mr. Pipinich and he contacted and fought with the insurance company to get the full medical bills covered this allowed us to get the best help possible to try and save my dogs leg. This was an expensive process to save the dogs leg and in the end amputation was the best option. If not for Mr. Pipinich fighting for us we would have had to put our animal down due to the costs incurred from the damage to our dogs leg. He took on the case and fought for us and our dog and I will say I was impressed by his compassion and fortitude in fighting our case. The insurance company saw our dog as an asset and Joe fought for him as if he was a family member. I believe Joe Pipinich to be a great asset to his profession and will fight for his clients to the very end. Thanks Joe you are a great lawyer and friend.

I worked for a Law Firm a number of years ago. After that experience I hoped I'd never have to deal with an attorney for any reason. They were the one's all the lawyer jokes were made for.

I am impressed with Bill Hochberg and Rachel Hamar and glad I chose them to be my attorneys—these two lawyers took my workers’ compensation and personal injury cases and litigated them with skill and dedication, all the way through arbitration in my personal injury case. My husband, diagnosed with dementia, inadvertently missed our annual payment to our Long Term Life Insurance policy, which we had faithfully maintained for nearly 25 years.
Upon contacting the insurance company with the required form, they informed me that their Board of Directors had denied reinstating his policy. They stated his only benefit would be the return of what he had paid in. After researching the cost of memory care facilities, I discovered his policy would only cover about nine months of care.
Eventually, I was referred to Aaron Engle, who offered guidance on how to proceed. Within a few weeks, Aaron thoroughly reviewed the situation and advised me to formally request all documentation and correspondence, including the Power of Attorney they had requested.
Shortly after submitting this request, I received a phone call notifying me that my husband had been reinstated.
Without Aaron's expert guidance and precise legal advice on how to word the final request, I doubt we would have succeeded.
