The first question the gentleman asked was "did I get the procedure I needed done?", my answer was yes, and after that this man would not hear another word out of my mouth without saying "then you already won," and that we wouldn't make any money on the case. If these people cannot take the time for a 5 minute phone call I would not trust them with anything. The gentleman continued to tell me he was being patient with me despite still cutting me off every 2 words. He was rude and condescending. I had to ask him multiple times if I could please finish my sentence. Get your advice elsewhere!
