Des Kolke, Helped me with my divorce. Des was very relaxed and confident about my case. During a very difficult time he was like a quarterback in the Super Bowl when you are down by 5 points with 55 seconds to go in the game and you need a touchdown to win. His expertise and confidence really shined through during the mediation hearing. I have to admit I was not optimistic about my case being settled and i was bracing myself for a trial date. I didn't just pick Bob out of the Yellow pages, he was recommended to me by the attorney that prepared our will. I then had by sister-in-law who is also an attorney (practicing law in Maryland) review his web-site. She said he sounded knowledgeable and showed experience in personal injury cases, something I was definitely going to need.
My case began with a Sunday morning walk in a quite neighbor just north of Manson in Lake Chelan, Wa. My brother and his wife along with my wife and I were walking along a public road when a large dog approached. His demeanor was not friendly, he was aggressive showing his teeth and lunging at us. With numerous calls to control his dog the approaching owner did nothing. When the dog's attention turn towards my wife, I collected a couple of large rocks and proceeded to through them at the dog. In doing so, I ripped the quad tendon in my right leg, causing extreme pain and injury. After surgery, I was off work for 3 months then an additional 6 months of physical therapy.
I know, some might think "you threw the rock - it was your own fault". This was not my view nor was It Bob's. Bob represented me and with his knowledge and expertise we settled with the insurance company for a fair and equitable amount.
If you are in need of a personal injury attorney to protect your rights and to represent you in a court of law, Bob would be my first choice.

Super disappointed. I am getting letters to my employer for garnishment and the papers aren't signed by a judge, no prior communication and I can't even talk to anyone when I call. The address to send payment cant be found on google maps. I don't owe anyone money and I haven't injured anyone. I also can't talk to the collection agency who supposedly took me to court I didn't even know I had. I think it's a scam. Sad the world has come to this.
