I recently had to go to quart for a speeding citation. Mr. Pfersich personally talked to the prosecutor in my defense and got my case dismissed completely. What a guy. It seemed he knew the prosecutor personally but when I asked him about their relation he informed me he met him on the day. He has a way of putting a positive spin on things and it certainly influenced the prosecutor to my benefit. I walked with no points and a minimal fine. He couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend him in a heartbeat.

Tom Mallon
I’ve known Tom Mallon for a long time. I lived two blocks away his office in his early career. I remember asking about a business concern. I don’t exactly recall how things ended with the last interaction, but I will say that every other time Tom represented my case, I always was pleased and leaving in a better Condition.
In 1993 I was involved in a car accident. I was in a wheelchair for 13 years when I was struck on the side of the van I was driving. It was not my fault at all, and I had substantial injuries. I didn’t know what to expect. All I knew was that my life was altered a great deal for the second time.
Luckily, Tom took the reins. I remember when he hired a plane and got flew over the scene of my car accident and took pictures. Who does stuff like that? Tom!
He had people film me for a “ life in the life“. I felt like a movie star.
On top of that, I was able to be a productive and positive participant in life. Thanks for representing me, Tom. Thank you so much.

Just want to put a precautionary warning out there to anyone who might have a will, living will, power of attorney, or any other legal documents written by this firm: Please take all those documents to another lawyer to have them read and explained to you. Please ask as many questions as you can so you fully understand what was written by this law firm. Believe me, no matter how old they are or if they were written last week, I highly recommend having another lawyer look over those documents to either save yourself, or your loved ones, undue stress and anxiety in the future. What a disaster. I hired Ronald Sage for a slip and fall and he ran up my bill while doing nothing on the case. I found out later he missed several deadlines and may have cost me the case. He was impossible to get a hold of and very short when I did. I should have paid attention to the court reprimand he received in the 80s and not the reviews which all appear to be written by colleagues.
