I can score Kevin Kalajian top score in every phase of him helping me with injury accident in Fresno in my RV when I was traveling Solo Fulltime cross country.
He answers the phone. returns calls promptly. replies to emails promptly. experienced with the other insurance company. experienced and knew his way around my med insurance provider and medicare.. He completed all the paperwork that I couldn't have done.
He kept me updated of status and explained everything in Laymans terms . was not condescending. He facilitated a satisfactory settlement while avoiding a trial. I tried 3 other law offices and never got past the call screeners. Kevin listen to the whole problem of 3 month trip interruption in a hotel in triple digit temps in fresno not knowing anyone. all this was smoothly accomplished remotely as i was still traveling 2 months before the 2 yr statute of limitations was up. I called him April 3 2023. He was my last attempt to try another referral.. and he was a blessing. He worked hard for me but made it look easy. My settlement will help if I ever need further PT or cover diminished value if needed when sell my RV. Plus pain and suffering. He dispersed my settlement to me promptly after he received the funds.
Also. He seems very ethical. he did not send me around to doctors trying to beef up my injury claim. I Can't say enough good things about this smooth settlement experience with Kevin Kalajian.

Chris Rusca has worked my very difficult child custody case for over 6 months now. He has gone above and beyond, and has thought outside the box with our very unique case. “I was very happy with the way Russell & Lazarus represented me, especially the attorney who was handling the claim at the end, Sher Beard, who would not take no for an answer. My phone calls were always returned promptly by Mr. Russell and his staff and when the other insurance company made a low ball offer, there was no hesitation on behalf of my attorneys to aggressively pursue the claim by filing a lawsuit. Once the lawsuit was filed and the defendant’s deposition was taken, an ultimatum was conveyed by Russell & Lazarus that if the policy limits were not offered on my claim, the case would go to trial. The ultimatum worked and soon thereafter they settled the claim for the six figures that had been requested. Not only did Russell & Lazarus give me great legal representation but they also helped me get the surgery I needed quickly instead of having to wait 6-7 months that it would have taken to have it done through my health insurance. David took the time even after 6 lawyers had decided to not accept my case for being injured on the job and the treating Doctor not doing his job, sat down with me for over an hour and explained why it would be very hard to prove that I was not treated correctly after being injured, even though he thought I was not treated quickly enough to save my shoulder. He said that even if I won in court, and that the judgement would have been cut in half, and he did not want me to go through all of that for such a small judgement, and it made total sense. I think David is a top tier Lawyer, as my daughter Jaime is a Lawyer for one of the biggest firms in Fresno, she said she has heard nothing but great things about him.
